Fast smooth check in. Lovely lady checked us in and we even had a complimentary upgrade to a superior room.Very much appreciated. Large room with a separate bath and shower. Very clean throughout. Had a mini fridge in the room which was very handy. Lovely cooked breakfast with lots of choices for continental too. We are returning in a few weeks. Highly recommend.

The staff and food were excellent . The room had slight problems such as when you emptied the bath water came out of the shower drain on to the shower floor!

I really like this hotel. However the gym is only open 6am-8pm. This is a problem for business travellers who often have less time to use the facilities. Because of this I will choose a different hotel for my next trip to Liverpool

Booked a room on incorrect date, went and spoke to reception, who said to email in. Emailed in to be told no refund possible even after explaining the situation face to face within 5 minutes of making booking! Poor customer service

Staff at breakfast all seemed subdued and only very few interacted with guests.
The choice of breakfast was minimal. In comparison with other hotels it was just about acceptable. Some of the seats were uncomfortable due to ware and tear. Ended up sitting on the frame rather than the leather clad seat cushion. The hallways were very dark and the room itself did not have adequate central lighting. The shower was a weak waterfall style shower with out a hose for extra use.
I found the concierge excellent and well above the level of most of the staff. The reception was also very good and interacted well with guests. The car parking was a nightmare as there was no space due to a corporate event. An overflow car park was about 5 minutes walk away. All parking was chargeable to Euro Car Parking. Overall it was

decided to have dinner at the stanley bar and grill, starters were lovely, the mains came out and they had forgot mine which they gave us a free drink to compensTe and they made my meal, it arrived and after two bites of my burger it seemed very dry and had a very bad chemical aftertaste, we complained and the staff sorted it out with the bill. Due to not eating i tried to order room service to be told NO on the phone and they hung up. my parter phoned and they answered and were pleasant with him which is very fustrating for me as i was abruptly told no!

Awful room with leaking roof on top floor also stains on the pictures generally dirty environment to stay. When reception were made aware they had nothing to say not even an apology. Stay if you want to pay a premium for a poor tired room

The service in at the Titanic Hotel was outstanding. The staff were amazing, the level was set by the welcoming receptionist, she was so pleasant and friendly, smiling at all times, just superb. I received a free upgrade and the room was huge clean and amazing. I loved how when walking to my room the corridors were wide and there was a sound like you are by the sea. Each touch point was accounted for. Unfortunately I could not use the Spa due to time, but will do next time. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The hotel itself was excellent, and overall the facilities and service were very good. Unfortunately, our experience was let down by the adjoining room setup.
There was an internal connecting door between our room and the neighbouring room, and the sound insulation was extremely poor. The guests next door were arguing throughout the night, and it genuinely felt as though they were in our room with us. The connecting door was clearly not sealed properly, with visible gaps around the edges allowing both noise and light through.
This was particularly disappointing as it was our first night away from our one year old, and we were really hoping to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. Sadly, that wasn’t possible. Had it not been for this issue, our stay would have been excellent.

This was our first time at this hotel and I would absolutely stay again and recommend to friends and family.
The hotel is lovely, we were given a free room upgrade which was most appreciated. The styling of the hotel is on point and the staff were all fab.
