The hotel its self is very grand and impressive. Parking is limited but there’s another car park literally over the road. Check-in was easy although a little noisy. It’s hard not to be impressed with such an amazing historical building. The room was absolutely massive. Bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Great choice of fresh pastry’s and the hot selection was of really good quality. Would definitely like to rerun again.

Stayed 3 times now. Great hotel. Food OK, and rooms are excellent. Location was handy for me, but required an Uber to get to city center. I’ve already booked my 4th stay.

Breakfast was amazing. Hot with lots of variety to choose from. The rooms are to a high standard of cleanliness. Very comfy with a choice of pillows. Staff are friendly and always at hand if needed.

We booked the room, due to holding an event in the rum warehouse. It was exceptional from the staff to the amazing communication nothing was at fault. The breakfast is hot and fresh with lots on offer. Thank you to Chloe, Daisy, Sas and the rest of the team your customer service is amazing. Not forgetting the rest of the staff groups. Sadly we didn’t get to sample the spa but guests who we bumped into said how gorgeous it was. Hopefully see you all soon. Natalie & Andrew Smith

What a fabulous place to stay. Clean, comfortable and although modern, it keeps all the character of a 19th century mill. Perfect.
