Rooms are great, spa is outstanding, thought the restaurant could have a better selection on the menu. When we stayed there was a conference in the hotel so we couldn’t have lunch in the registrant and was relagated to the bar which was annoying but not the end of the world. Service was good. They charged me a “tourist tax” at the end of my stay which is madness in my opinion but was less than a fiver so didn’t make a huge deal about it. Still annoying.

Excellent from the minute we arrived, early check-in not a problem, offered choice with room type, staff courteous and helpful from front of house to cleanliness technicians to catering staff. The room and decor was amazing, room so spacious, bed massive and comfortable, and to top it off The breakfast was the fest ever everything you could ever need . Well done Titanic it was a truly magical experience x

The room was very cold. We were unable to adjust the air con which meant having to ring reception to complain. They brought us a very small electric heater which did nothing to combat the cold air blowing through the vent. I had to sleep in my jumper. cold air being blown through th. e air con vent.
