The hotel’s hot pools, Red Lantern roast duck set meal, and rooms are a highlight, and the there are plenty of activities for kids. The hotel is located next to a large mall with a Carrefour in the bottom for any shopping needs. Highly recommend.

親子友善餐廳, 眾多小孩遊樂設施,但是室內的遊樂空間其實沒有到很足夠.下雨天的話會非常壅擠,還有限定人數,必須要等候排隊. 早餐項目中規中矩,但有吉祥物跟小孩拍照活動.人員的服務並沒有對得起房價, 打電話去要求提供餐具竟然回說要兩個小時之後才有人手.非常不及格. 飯店的走廊相當陰暗,房間的床非常軟,睡完起來不是很舒服.總結下來天起好帶小朋友來還不錯, 天氣不好.或是沒有小朋友就可以再考慮. 差太魯閣晶英太多..

Great hotel for families with young kids, located right beside a mall

The male hotel manager on duty the night we check in was amazing, his service was outstanding. He changed our room for us when we requested for a different floor and even helped us with our luggage. The room was comfortable and had a tent for the children to play / sleep in. My 2 boys had a blast riding their bikes along the corridor and parking them right in front of our room. It might get a little noisy with all the kids driving around but it was really one of a kind experience and super fun for the kids. The hotel is also connected to a shopping mall and hotel guests are able to book movie tickets for free as long as there are available seats in the cinema! Unique hotel and wonderful staff! A big thank you!

什麼都好，就是價錢不友善。

就親子住宿而言，整體無可挑剔，少數缺點就是生意太好人太多，住宿提供電影票要去搶才有，設施活動太多，建議住宿兩晚以上才有機會完整體驗。

Provided with all you needs! Children friendly. And of course the driving corridor is fun! They have bingo arranged every Saturday night and it was fun too. The only drawback is that you will need to pay extra for additional car rental, however the room charge is paid per person.
