박물관에서 멀지 않은 위치에 평이 좋아서 선택했던 호텔이였습니다 그러나..완전 반전.. 청소 상태도 좋지 않고, 방은 냄새 나고, 시설관리도 되지않아 샤워부스는 문이 잘 닫히지도않고 창문은 열어도 고정이 안되고, 문 손잡이 뒷쪽은 벽이 꺼져있는 상태였습니다. 바닥은 거친 나무면서도 슬리퍼도 없습니다. 직원은 친절한 편이나 리셉션은 늘 비어있고 콜벨을 눌러도 한참만에 나타났습니다. 방은 직접 안내해줬지만 질문을 하기 전까지 와이파이나 아침식사 위치까지 안내하는 것을 잊고 있더군요. 아침 식사도 대체 뭘 먹어야할지.. 제대로된 과일하나 없습니다. 대체 여긴 왜 평이 좋았던거죠? 개선이 꼭 필요한 곳입니다.

친절하고 위치도 좋으네요. 다만 방이 좁기는 하지만 깨긋하고 효율적으로 되어있네요. 혼자 여행하시는 분들은 좋은 숙소입니다.

Everything was great.

We booked the basement room and were absolutely shocked about its condition. Wallpaper was peeling off due to mould, the door to the bathroom showed mould and the ceiling in the bathroom also showed off several mould stains. The towel heater was in a very bad condition and the shower head was broken as well. We asked for a refund but it was declined. Cannot recommend it at all unfortunately.

Hotel is in a great location - staff was friendly and welcoming upon arrival and when we had questions. Room was clean, and quiet at night, and AC was nice to cool down the room after the sun warmed it up during the day. Bed was comfortable. It took 3 days to get more towels (we asked by email, and in person twice)- we had a small child with us and didn't have enough for all guests. The elevator was broken the entire time we were there and we had to carry a toddler and stroller up and down 4 flights of stairs for 5 days - not ideal, a bit treacherous, in fact. If you need an elevator, a more modern accommodation may be worth exploring.

Great location, and beautiful room. Soaps sadly not replenished with cleaning.

O maior problema é o banheiro, que apresentou falhas operacionais.

Okej läge på hotellet, men väldigt litet rum. I övrigt var det smutsigt i rum och i trapphus, trasig duschvägg, avlopp med dålig avrinning, hål i innertaket, hiss ur funktion under hela vistelsen och ingen luftkonditionering som fungerade. Vi betalade 1000 euro för 3 nätter - alldeles för mycket för detta boende som mer liknar ett hostel. Jag skulle aldrig välja att bo där igen.

Good location, but that's where the positives end. We specifically chose this hotel because an elevator was listed as a key amenity. Unfortunately, it was out of order throughout our stay. After looking at previous reviews, it appears the elevator has been out of service for at least a month, which is disappointing for a feature they are still actively advertising.

Close to public transport, museums and city center

The location was fantastic (walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and public transit) and the decor was nice. The room size was very good, and we found the bedding very comfortable. Room was also very clean and tidy. Only downsides in our room: ventilation/fan wasn't working, and the bathroom toiletries seemed to be watered down.

It seems like the room service cleaning was not consistent to always leave towels or shop, etc. Room was never vacuumed, despite longer stay. The front desk staff were always helpful, but I think the room cleaning needs more consistency and quality. Lift was broken during my stay also, given so many stairs, this should have been fixed more urgently I think.

Pleasant hotel, provides everything you need (although boiling a kettle inside a cupboard is a little strange.) It's clean, comfortable and tidy but it is an old building and is a bit shabby around the edges, plus the walls are thin so you hear your neighbours. Nice enough view from the canal view room. Slightly overpriced in my opinion.

Hotellets läge är toppen, vi kunde promenera överallt! Hotellet är enkelt men vårt rum var ändå bättre än väntat vid första anblick (deluxrum). Rummet var stort, enkelt men fint inrett och det var rent. Däremot var lukten inte så rolig. Väldigt stark rengöringsmedel i rummet vid ankomst, kändes som att man ville gömma rummets egna lukt. Det är ju ett äldre hotell så att det luktar lite kan man förvänta sig men det luktade mer än vad vi hade förväntat oss. Tyvärr kunde vi inte öppna något fönster och vädra. Var dock helt okej med lukten i rummet när man körde med AC. Däremot luktade badrummet väldigt mycket, antagligen mögel. det hjälpte inte att spola vatten utan det satt i hela badrummet så man behövde ha toalettdörren stängd hela tiden för att inte sprida ut den doften till rummet. Helt okej hotell för ett fåtal nätter om man vill bo på ett lugnt område och nära till allt. Men det är inget hotell jag hade bott en vecka på.

Service is amazing, front desk man is a great guy and loves to help, the rooms are a bit small but it's the building architecture. The room is clean and a great location, short walk to buss or tram stops. Walkable to local landmarks and town squares.

Room and staff were perfect, so helpful and the room was clean, cool, and we were close to a lot of local shops. We were able to walk the entire trip.

Otel güzel bir konumdaydı. Barların olduğu bölgeye yakın. Tramvayla 5 dakika sonra merkeze de gidebiliyorsun. Xinyu bizimle çok ilgilendi. Temiz ve güvenili bir otel Teşekkürler

Nice location and view. The bathroom was not great: - Bring your own shampoo, shower get, etc. What they have was super watered down - There was sewer smell, typical for Amesterdam old properties by the canals. Bring a chromecast if you want to watch your own shows. The TV can be hooked up via HDMI Go for it if all you need is a place to stay with great location.
