박물관에서 멀지 않은 위치에 평이 좋아서 선택했던 호텔이였습니다 그러나..완전 반전.. 청소 상태도 좋지 않고, 방은 냄새 나고, 시설관리도 되지않아 샤워부스는 문이 잘 닫히지도않고 창문은 열어도 고정이 안되고, 문 손잡이 뒷쪽은 벽이 꺼져있는 상태였습니다. 바닥은 거친 나무면서도 슬리퍼도 없습니다. 직원은 친절한 편이나 리셉션은 늘 비어있고 콜벨을 눌러도 한참만에 나타났습니다. 방은 직접 안내해줬지만 질문을 하기 전까지 와이파이나 아침식사 위치까지 안내하는 것을 잊고 있더군요. 아침 식사도 대체 뭘 먹어야할지.. 제대로된 과일하나 없습니다. 대체 여긴 왜 평이 좋았던거죠? 개선이 꼭 필요한 곳입니다.

친절하고 위치도 좋으네요. 다만 방이 좁기는 하지만 깨긋하고 효율적으로 되어있네요. 혼자 여행하시는 분들은 좋은 숙소입니다.

Sebastian at the reception was very caring and tried his best to solve our problems. People in the same situation should be aware of this, but we are very grateful to him. We came by car. There is a street parking system near the hotel, but it is quite expensive. Sebastian looked up a cheaper parking option for us. It was about 10 minutes away from the hotel by public transport, but he kindly explained in detail how to get back. There are a few steps at the entrance of the hotel, and the room we booked had no elevator, so we had to use the stairs. It was hard with a baby, a stroller, and two suitcases. However, Sebastian helped us every time, and he even checked with their sister hotel to see if there was a room with an elevator available. We were not used to European hotel conditions and had not researched enough beforehand. Even so, we truly appreciated Sebastian’s kind and humorous support

Small, nice boutique hotel. Free minibar. Close proximity to downtown. Good hotel for one person. Check-in took a little time but check-out went smoothly and fast.

Really enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Good internet access & tv channels. Slightly out of the city centre but excellent transport links via tram & bus just 5 minutes walk away. Can get bus to/from airport with stop just 5 minutes away too. Lots of good restaurants & bars nearby. Close to museum quarter too - 10 minutes walk. Hotel is small - 15 rooms. No food options or communal spaces and reception only staffed 09:00-19:00. But staff are very helpful & friendly and there is air-conditioning which was important for our stay in July. The building is an old canal house so don't be put off by small hallways and entrance.

Vi hade en väldigt bra upplevelse. Personalen vid incheckningen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Vi blev uppgraderade då det rummet vi hade bokat hade bokats av någon annan samtidigt men betalningen ändå gått igenom. Väldigt stort och fint runt, fräscht och modernt.

Nous avons adoré l’endroit. Accessible, propre, grand et lit confortable. Personnel très gentil et accueillant. Nous avons loué des vélos pour explorer la ville. Superbe séjour!

The positives are the location - walkable but not in the center of the chaos. However, basic amenities were missing. I specifically booked hotels for the trip that had A/C. Here, it was a floor unit that required the window to be open to operate, which obviously does not work. Our showerhead was broken and would not work unless held in your hand. We informed the front desk immediately, but it was never fixed and made showering quite difficult. I spilled a little bit of powdered make-up in the bathroom, and it was swept into a corner and remained there the whole stay, making the cleaning questionable. I wouldn't stay there again.

Located very conveniently to get anywhere around the downtown Canal areas the staff was very nice very accommodating and I would definitely recommend this place. Very very good stay.

Karşılama iyiydi. 5 gece konakladık. Sadece ilk gün çaykahve ve mini buzdolabında içeçekler vardı. Diğer günler yenilenmedi. Dolap çalışmıyordu.Otelin konumu vondelpark yakın ve 9 cadde bölgesine ne yakın ne uzak. Eşya ve nevresim grubunda lekeler mevcuttu. Ahşap pencereler eski ve çürüktü. Şehir vergisi inanılmaz yüksekti. Teşekkürler.

Great location, near the town center and to the best museums! Very walkable and safe

Sebastian at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel well located in the heart of Amsterdam. Would definitely recommend.

Das Personal war super, der Check-in sehr leicht, die Lage des Hotels auch sehr gut. Das einzige was etwas unangenehm war, war das jemand in unser Zimmer gekommen ist, während wir drin waren (mein Freund in der Dusche und ich hatte auch nicht viel an!). Das war ziemlich unangenehm

We had a great stay for the most part, other than the tiny bathroom, our main issue was the fact that the AC wasn't working. And sleeping with the windows open didn't really help, plus all the outside noise was let in, and they like to party in Amsterdam. Front desk guy was amazing though, and the sandwich shop and Italian restaurant across the street were delicious.
