The room is very spacious and clean. Our room have the view of cannel. also the window is very big with a small attached balcony so you can let sunshine in house.
Reception very helpful and nice. Location is great with multiple tram/bus within 5-7min of walking distance. There's also free bike for one day.

377 has excellent customer service, we order a package and had it send to the hotel, and we found our package in our room when we arrived. The room was very comfortable and with free mini bar. However, the restroom was not very clean, you can often see dust on the towel hanger or near the hair dryer hanger.

1，四楼的客房，居然吵得厉害；
2，酒店没有大堂，搬行李很困难，地下室的房间和早餐厅在一起；
3，酒店给客户的规矩以书面形式呈现在房间里，规定太严厉了，不大友好；
4，酒店停车是对面公共停车区域；
5，酒店服务人员个别态度还不错

It is located at a quiet and leisure place facing the canal, yet convenient to go everywhere on foot and public transportation. The reception is extremely helpful and get everything fixed immediately or come back with a reply. The bedding, however, could be further improved in terms of set up and cleanliness in the small single room.
