Excellent stay at the Ona Beverly Hills Suites. Spotless room, grounds, pool area. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very good breakfast, plenty of variety. A big mention to Brigada, the lady who works in the courtyard restaurant area. Hopefully I’ve got her name right! Very nice lady, as are all the staff we came across. Definitely recommend and will return.

The breakfast wasnt the best. They seriously lacked staff which wasnt the staffs issue at one point the food was running out, there was no plates/cups or culterly which should have been kept stocked up

Breakfast was fine. Rooms could do with the wood being updated from pine fittings as it looks dated. Bed was quite hard and an oddly positioned bedside table meant the headboards were offset from the beds. The kitchen facilities were excellent though.

The breakfast was never warm food not replaced when dishes were empty. No cups plates cutlery at times and when requested told they were getting washed. Lack of staff and some very rude. Toaster was very slow Lack of tea coffee machines for numbers of clients. Rooms are tired bedding and towels are clean as was apartment. Beds are comfortable. Bar shutters put down at 9.30pm and bar didn’t close till 10pm. Lack of staff throughout the resort

The staff were nice, the room was cleaned once in our 5 night stay and was cleaned well . The overall was lovely but if I were to critique anything, I would suggest more staff at breakfast! They worked very hard but ran out of crockery every day so was a bit chaotic however food was a good standard. Also when I asked for a room towel was told there would be a charge! 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel changed every 3 days seemed a little harsh to wash your hair and shower for 2 people . Staff all work very hard!

We found someone else's dirty boxer shorts and socks. I reported it to reception they didn't care. Very unhygenic Breakfast cold, never enough cutlery. Staff not welcoming. Staff unfriendly. Room only cleaned once in 5 days. Not acceptable very dissapointed.

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist abgewohnt und nicht mehr ansehnlich. Fernsehprogramme nicht mehr vorhanden. Trotz freier Zimmer wurde gehbinderter Mitreisender ein anderes Zimmer verweigert, so dass jeden Tag in den 4.Stock Aussentreppen ohne Aufzug zeitraubend gegangen werden musste.Im Dezember weder Veranstaltungen noch Happy Hour angeboten. Zweiter Pool war nicht erreichbar.

Hola, just to say, we had a great stay and time at Beverly Hills hotel, room was lovely overlooking the top pool, as requested, Reception staff were friendly and professional as always, especially Dominique who couldn’t do enough for us, and went the extra mile with room allocation, muchas gracias,,,,,

4th stay here this year.Love the place.Rooms are great, location excellent for us,and the staff(especially reception) are brilliant

Nice place, bit dated but its very good, lot to do great gym, spacious, pool was cold, beds okay only.

Fikk et rom rett over kjøkkenet. Dårlig søvn pga bråk fra vifte fra ca 05:00/05:30. Dette rommet A211 skulle aldri vært i bruk for overnatting. Ellers er hotellet fint med greie rom og god frokost. Har bodd her før og var da veldig fornøyd, men styr unna A211.

Nice apartment, clean and spacious. Good size balcony. Check in was efficient and easy. Key card kept breaking which meant no easy access through the gate closer to the apartment but a walk back to reception from top of the hill to sort , not ideal ! Good place for the money but too far up a hill to return.
