C’était très bien en famille. L’appartement en face de la piscine top (manque juste d’un peu d’équipement pour les petits, par ex un marche pied pour atteindre le lavabo). Un Surveillant de baignade toujours présent à la piscine et l’animateur Yismast ( aquagym) qui motive bien les gens pour les jeux et l’aquagym.

Un bon rapport qualité prix. Le personnel est agréable et à l’écoute. Nous regrettons un peu le manque de matériel niveau cuisine (pas de passoire, pas de ciseaux, 1 couteau qui ne coupait pas grand chose). Il manque quelques classiques au petit-déjeuner selon nous (pancakes et bacon grillé notamment) et les boissons chaudes des machines ne sont vraiment pas top. En dehors de ça, nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel 🙂

Petite difficulté à trouver l'entrée de l'hôtel, mais une fois arrivée un accueil très agréable. La chambre était propre et calme. Pas très moderne et un matelas un peu dur, mais dans l'ensemble très fonctionnel. Petit déjeuné très correct.

We were self catering but found the kitchen lacked a number of items you would expect. Only one small saucepan and then a giant pan which you could prepare a meal for ten in! More medium sized saucepans required. No peeler for fruit or veg. Could have done with a pair of scissors. Only three of everything..cups, plates etc which was ok as there was just the two of us, but there were only three wine glasses and three small whisky size glasses. Needs some taller glasses for long drinks such as a g & t with tonic! We got by, but the worst thing is unfortunately the lovely balcony overlooking the sea. The view was great but unless you enjoy sitting out all day in the boiling sun then the balcony is a no go area as it is far too hot. Now that could be simply fixed with a parasol to give relief from the sun, but Reception confirmed it was not Company policy to supply a parasol, with an excuse of "safety" being a reason for not supplying one. On pointing out numerous apartments had parasols the response was they are privately owned. Safe for some but unsafe for others??? In Tenerife and any hot country, the sun is not your friend and unfortunately without provision of shade means we will not be back and would not recommend this for those who do not wish to "bake".

Lots of steps to many rooms. Limited cooking pots/utensils. Spacious room . Was quiet whilst we were there .

Stor fin suite med terrasse. Mulighed for vask i vaskemaskine. 2 pools. Masser af solsenge. Stor flot morgen buffet, men elendig kaffe og lignende fra automat. Det tog en evighed at få koppen 1/2 fyldt og så var det ikke værd at drikke. Så lavede selv kaffe i lejligheden.

La recepcion muy buena, todos muy atentos. La habitacion amplia, un poco ruidosa si te toca hacia la calle. El complejo en gral muy bueno, con piscina, gym, sala de estar y el desayuno espectacular. Todo genial

We had 2 single beds in the bedroom which was like sleeping in hard boards we then slept on the sofa bed every night which was a chore making every day and again very uncomfortable We were meant to have maid service on the 3rd day but nobody came

Cleaning were only once a week which means rest of the time you have to do it. Pool water was way to cold, tenis court lights very out service, room access cards were jot working, property is in very hilly area so its not for everyone

We didn't have breakfast this time but we have on previous visits. It is clean, a lot of variety

Good stay, good staff, nice place, good breakfast! We were front row to the street. British people with beer-voices can be quite noisy on their late stroll home.

Nice height to allow for a panoramic sea view. Nice sized balcony too. Check in very friendly, and got to the pool early awaiting our room. Room a very good size, furniture a little dated but A/C was brand new

The hotel was st the same standards as previous, location, value for money and staff friendly and helpful

Loved my stay here. Reception team is wonderful really friendly and helpful. Had a few chats with them. Breakfast was great would have loved real coffee npt from automat but that’s a tiny thing. Room a little dated but comtable and missing nothing. Shower powerful and plenty of hot water. Pool lovely and always a chair. Would definitely visit again!
