I’d stay here again, it’s rooms are perfectly acceptable, the beds need better mattresses, there dated, but apart from that, the rooms are good. The staff are lovely, it’s clean and has everything you need. It’s a little walk to the beach, and the hills are not for the faint hearted, but taxis are always available, right outside.

Hotel reception was easy and quick, the staff on at the time were very helpful and polite. We checked in easily (doing it online makes it so much quicker) Our apartment was beautifully clean and included everything we needed, our balcony overlooked the pool and gave us some lovely afternoon and evening sunshine all the way until sunset. Our TV didnt work but we phoned reception from our room and within 5 minutes the problem was rectified and there was english channels available too, which was really nice. The facilities on site were very good, with 2 adult pools on different levels and a smaller children pool with a toilet next to each pool made it easier than going all the way back to our hotel room. The pools were both clean and refreshing on a hot day with lots of sunbeds available. The hotel is located on a steep hill, but with a taxi rank a 1 minute walk away, getting back from a day out is very easy. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again soon.

Overall the property was great, the staff were fantastic the only problem was the beds they were very uncomfortable, we had to put the quilt on top of mattress so it was a little more comfortable.

La struttura è davvero molto bella, fornita di due piscine, una palestra ampia e un centro giochi, oltre ad un centro per bambini. L’unica pecca riguarda la ristorazione: innanzitutto la cena viene servita in una struttura vicina parte del gruppo, ma non all’interno del resort dove alloggiavamo e dove facevamo la colazione, quindi dovevamo camminare per circa dieci minuti per arrivare. Inoltre, nella cena con il trattamento di mezza pensione, non è inclusa nessuna bevanda, nemmeno l’acqua, e questo non penso sia corretto, soprattutto quando non viene indicato al momento della prenotazione.

Struttura nel Suo complesso carica alle sterno e nel cortile della piscina . L’appartamento che ho avuto io era funzionale ma molto datato . Pulizia non buona , posate da cucina macchiate e capelli sul letto , non mi sono lamentato con loro perché ho preso e ho lavato io le posate e il resto della cucina . Per il resto è da rinnovare perché come struttura un po’ vecchia perché come alloggio buono . Ho dovuto pagare 30€ alla reception per avere il check in alle 1 pm altrimenti li avrebbero dato la stanza alle 5 pm

Bien en general. Piscine petites et pas d'animation, restaurant se trouve dans un autre hotel à quelques mètres où ont lieu aussi des animation. Probleme d'internet finalement fixé apres 6jours et un bon enervement.

Stay here three times a year and love the place.Friendly, efficient staff who always try their best to accommodate my requests.Unfortunately some of the rooms are starting to look a bit jaded,but this certainly didn't affect my wonderful stay.

Pulizia non buona , posate da cucina macchiate e capelli sul letto , non mi sono lamentato con loro perché ho preso e ho lavato io le posate e il resto della cucina . Per il resto è da rinnovare perché come struttura un po’ vecchia perché come alloggio buono . Ho dovuto pagare 30€ alla reception per avere il check in alle 1 pm altrimenti li avrebbero dato la stanza alle 5 pm

The key cards were constantly not working . And locked out or in the apartment air-conditioning untit not working properly in sons room told maintenance never fixed

Bien en general. Piscine petites et pas d'animation, restaurant se trouve dans un autre hotel à quelques mètres où ont lieu aussi des animation. Probleme d'internet finalement fixé apres 6jours et un bon enervement.

Stay here three times a year and love the place.Friendly, efficient staff who always try their best to accommodate my requests.Unfortunately some of the rooms are starting to look a bit jaded,but this certainly didn't affect my wonderful stay.

Stay here many time a year as always good but this time we had issues with AC not working and dispite complaining took 3 days to fix but even then only 2/3 units were working so
