Spacious and modern room. Window opens for fresh air and there's a comfy sofa. Staff were friendly and helpful upon checkin. Location is central, just around the corner to the main plaza in the historic centre with several museums, the Solis Theatre, shops etc. in walking distance. However the city streets tended to be pretty empty with all the shops shuttered - be alert while walking or take Ubers. Hotel breakfast for $14 USD was okay, but there are nice cafes just a block away, Vittatime and Flora. Restaurant and room service also available and prices seemed on par with other places in the city. Room rate was higher than other parts of South America but still cheap compared to Australia - good value for a comfortable but budget-friendly stay.

Hotel muito bem localizado no centro antigo, o quarto era amplo, mas nos lençois foram encontrados cabelos. O restaurante do hotel é de boa qualidade e tem preços honestos.

Fiquei no quarto 1002, o ar condicionado está com mofo, as janelas estavam muito sujas, o teto tem infiltração, a barra da cama estava suja. O Hotel é bem localizado, o café da manhã é razoável e a equipe do Hotel é muito boa e simpática

The internet failed a few times and what they call a gym should not be considered such. However, the staff was helpful, the room was well designed and good location

Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero confortables. El área de baño es aceptablemente, pero el espacio de la ducha, es muy pequeño. La estancia fue muy agradable y su ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la plaza de la independiente.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and we appreciated the fridge and microwave. The sheets did not tuck in to the bed so did not stay out through the night and we were surprised to see that there was no seating on the rooftop terrace - that seemed like an easy thing to do to make the terrace usable with its lovely view.

Bar provided a very good selection of food and drinks. Breakfast menu was consistently fresh but mediocre.

The hotel is well located in the old part of the city close to the Buquebus terminal and Plaza Independencia. Good transportation within reach. The restaurant is very good.

Very conveniently located, close to the main square and the main shopping area. The room was big and generally clean. Staff was very kind and hospitable
