This is the worst hotel. Despite the ferry service being suspended due to strong winds and rain in Vancouver, preventing me from entering Victoria, I have to pay all without using any service. If I will go to Victoria agian, I will choose another hotel.

Everything was good except less products in washrooms for 4 guests. Less hygiene stuff. Otherwise bedding cleanliness was good.

The room was nice with a small kitchen, patios and roomy. Thankful for the luggage dolly. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to use the amenities or have breakfast. Good location. I was disappointed in the $26 dollar parking fee. It should be complimentary with the stay.

The kitchen nook was helpful and the sunsets were beautiful. They were doing some renovations which made the breakfast sub par, but the staff did the best they could with the situation.

The room and everything in it was fantastic! I will stay there again when I can visit Victoria

Was an older hotel but reasonably updated. Staff were friendly, and a great location by the harbour. Breakfast was pretty much standard “hotel” breakfast. Perfectly fine hotel.

The breakfast room was shut down so that was a little disappointing even though they still served it. The person working at the breakfast could have been a little friendlier. They need to be updating the bathrooms. Our plugin outlet was loose and the Kleenex was very poor quality. For the most part we really liked our stay at the hotel 🙂

The room was clean apart from the massive spider webs in the corner of the room and behind the dresser I was placed on the main floor in the room right next to the main entrance and there were voices of men standing outside and smoking which was loud since it was right outside. As a female travelling alone it made me feel anxious.

Good sized rooms and neighbourhood is ideal. Clean and comfortable. Some of the hotel is going through some upgrading, and it affects some of the common spaces. But, value for money in Victoria.
