This is the worst hotel. Despite the ferry service being suspended due to strong winds and rain in Vancouver, preventing me from entering Victoria, I have to pay all without using any service. If I will go to Victoria agian, I will choose another hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay…we typically stay at our Victoria timeshare, but it’s under renovations currently, so opted to stay at Best Western Plus… Our stay was excellent and felt very home like. Lovely place!

we room was not serviced the first day and the second was not service untill we remined them then they took care of it. Power was out for one morning so breakfast was limited.

We could hear every noise .People talking ,Traffic anything even a drip of rain on the patio . Also there was a block wide Blackout in the morning so Breakfast was all carbs and sugar products. No sorry or any sort of coupon for breakfast somewhere else . I chose your hotel because we were getting a hot breakfast . Because my wife was going for cancer treatment she could not eat anything off the buffet . Was very disappointed as if having cancer isn't enough. There should have been an alternative breakfast solution. Also there should be a better rate for people staying for medical reasons. 2 stars was being generous

Room was very clean and the staff very nice

The room was clean and staff courteous and helpful. The breakfast area was under construction so part of the breakfast was in the lobby and the toaster was in the seating area which was separate. We stayed in room 104 on the main floor which was a bit noisy.

The staff was very helpful. Great location, near everything. Around the corner from the Victoria Harbour House Restaurant, highly recommend, great food and service.

Everything was good except less products in washrooms for 4 guests. Less hygiene stuff. Otherwise bedding cleanliness was good.
