This is the worst hotel. Despite the ferry service being suspended due to strong winds and rain in Vancouver, preventing me from entering Victoria, I have to pay all without using any service. If I will go to Victoria agian, I will choose another hotel.

Easy to walk to for a reasonable price. Upon arrival room was not ready, was told we would get a text letting us know it was ready. Never did. Front desk staff knew little to nothing about the area. Did not know where anything was and at one point googled something, which i am capable of doing. Room and amenities were good. Very quiet location. Hot tub, was super hot which was great. Breakfast was ok. Very typical, eggs, toast, sausage, coffee/juice. Nothing special but edible. Overall would stay again, but wouldn't rely on the front staff for info. Taxi from the airport to the hotel cost $71 CAD plus tip

Big rooms, pool and hot tub are great. Morning breakfast also a great add on and good value all around!

Walking distance to the harbour and downtown - lots of sites, restaurants, and shopping. Room was clean and large.

Room was spacious. Not overly clean but was fine for sleeping.

Enjoyed our room and the balconies offering a partial view of the harbour. (611) The convenience of walking to restaurants, the Whale watching tour, the Red Barn Market (best made to order sandwiches)and Fisherman's Wharf meant we did not have to move the car once. The included breakfast was all we needed to start the day with a full belly.

Hotel was very nice and clean, with good continental breakfast and clean spacious room. Good value for the price point. Was also in an excellent location on the inner harbour close to everything.

The term pool needs to looked at

Everything was clean and the hotel room was very nice and so was the pool and hot tub / spa area. The lobby had a bad smell to it everyday though - it wasn't food from the kitchen it just smelled old and dirty (but upstairs and the room smelled fine). The breakfast was so dry and the front desk was not very friendly or helpful. When I didn't have a physical credit card the guy said I needed one and I don't think I actually did, I just needed to pay a deposit for parking and using the kitchen. If people need physical credit cards these days then clarify that, as I use an e-wallet. Also, considering I paid for a room that already had a kitchen in it, I was surprised to realize I had to pay extra to use it which I thought was ridiculous. When we left, the girl didn't even ask how anything was, just sort of dismissive.

This place has seen better days. The carpet in the bedroom was wavy and loose. But the worst part of our stay there was having to pay $15 for staff to unlock the kitchen cabinets so we could cook. It’s similar to selling somebody a car and charging the mixture to have a key. Absolutely ridiculous! The breakfast was barely edible. Canned fruit and eggs that were round. Scrambled round military type eggs. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The TV selection was the worst I’ve ever experienced. They didn’t have any apps for watching television. Overall, we got the impression the owner doesn’t care about his guests. I would not recommend that anybody stay at this establishment.

Hotel was under renovations so there was no breakfast or dining area available. Our room was comfortable and everything we wanted to do or see was easily walkable.

Great location, close to Fisherman’s Wharf and Empress Hotel. Area was attractive and safe for walking. Restaurants nearby within walking distance. Good breakfast and parking was convenient and reasonable. A problem with the bath tub drain was fixed the next day. Housekeeping was exceptional and the room was quiet and spacious. Good value for the cost.

The breakfast is good and the staff in the information desk including those serving breakfast are all nice. The room is clean and the place is accessible to the Parliament and other places to visit in Victoria Island.

The room was great and clean but the kitchenette lacked plates, bowls or anything to cook with. Come prepared!

Everything was good but breakfast is basic.

Very comfortable and clean. Lovely staff. Kitchenette a bonus. Breakfast limited if you have dietary requirements. Well situated to explore Victoria. Good parking.

Room was nice and clean. The fellow that checked us in at the front desk was absurdly rude. Couldn’t have cared less about anything. The lady that was looking after the breakfast area (petite dark haired lady) was also very very rude! Parking was questionable. There was a sign up saying the parking lot was full. The front desk said if we used valet parking it wasn’t. So an extra $20 a night for parking. Location was great.

The coffee maker was finicky. The first time tried, it worked. Subsequently one had to try several times before it would start to brew the coffee. Sometimes it was easier to take the elevator and bring up a cup from the breakfast room.
