전체적인 시설은 4년정도 되었기에 깨끗합니다. 다만 아침식사가 뷔페가 아니라 출장일정에 무리가 있었으며,

기대이상의 서비스

스리랑카 호텔 수준이 낮다는 소리를 들으며 예약을 했는데, 결론적으로는 다른 나라 호텔 수준과 별반 차이가 없었다. 룸 청결도, 직원 친절도 등은 기대 이상이었다. 숙소 위치는 콜롬보에서는 멀지만 콜롬보 공항에서는 콜롬보 보다 더 가까워서 아침 일찍 비행기를 타야하는 우리에게는 최적의 장소였다. 호텔 앞에 호텔에서 하는 듯한 식당도 있고, 비록 문을 빨리 닫기는 하지만 그래도 편의점도 있었다. 다만 주변에 딱히 관광할 거리가 없다는게 아쉬운 점이였으나, 3박 일정에는 크게 문제 되지 않았다. 그리고 와이파이 속도가 정말 정말 빨랐다. 어느 호텔 보다도 빠른 속도를 자랑했었다.

네곰보에서는 제일 좋은 호텔이에요. 과도하게 친절한면이 있고요, 방은 좀 축축했어요.. 에어콘을 많이 켜놔도 축축하더라고요.. 수영장이랑 비치에서 놀기에 좋고, 아 스낵바가 전부다 무료여서.. 못먹은거는 싸왔어요 ㅎㅎ 네곰보에서 여행하실거면 추천합니다.

다시 가고싶지 않을수 있는 나라에 다시가고 싶을 만큼 만족했던 호텔. 웰컴 물수건. 음료부터 프리 미니바. 수영장. 앞에 펼쳐진 비치. 조식까지 너무도 완벽했던 호텔입니다

The hotel and all staff and cleaning was incredible

Perfect property for a beachfront stay. It is on a busy road but inside the property feels very tranquil. The staff is very friendly and the view from the lobby and room are splendid. Property grounds are well maintained with one decently big pool and attached bar. Great place to just relax on the beach for a few days.

Chambres très confortables, la piscine est très agréable. La vue depuis les chambres est très belle. Le personnel est très à l'écoute, ils m'ont aidé à organiser un petit-déjeuner d'anniversaire pour mon conjoint

The staff were great on arrival and made us very welcome. Lovely pool area and beach access . Also when we left they had photos with us..

We enjoyed our stay however the standard is not 5*. The hotel IS nice and has good views, the room is beautiful too. The pool is smaller than it looks. The “let down” is the menus with hand written/edits, which would never happen in a 5* hotel, and the lack of gym. Also we asked for cappuccino at breakfast and were told this is additional cost, and one day the fresh fruit was “on request” rather than laid out for the buffet, which is weird and as I usually eat mainly fruit at breakfast making it all a bit awkward. Also no “nibbles” with drinks, again normally 5* hotels provide nuts or something with drinks. Overall fine, but not 5* so adjust expectations.

Mostly good but somewhat mixed feelings on this stay. I messaged the hotel via the Expedia app/emailed with the hotel to arrange a pickup for me at the airport. No one came to pick me up and when I called the hotel they were unaware. It was upsetting considering I was a solo female traveler and it was 11:30pm. The room was nice and the view was nice, but the shampoo and conditioner were absolutely horrible. I heard other guests complaining about it too. The shampoo felt like dish soap and the conditioner was watered down. It was very odd and afterwards my hair had never been so tangled. I think for the price per night the hotel could have just slightly better bath products. I do like that the room came with two water bottles and a loofa. I suggest getting shampoo and conditioner at the general store across the street. The view at sunset was absolutely beautiful. I got a massage at the hotel and that was amazing! The hotel has a few restaurants and shops across the way. The pool, layout chairs and beach access were also really enjoyable!

Schönes Hotel am Meer. Das Personal ist freundlich aber verglichen mit dem Personal in anderen Hotels auf Sri Lanka nicht herzlich. Viele Touristen schlafen da nach Ankunft oder vor Abflug. Das merkt man. Eher Massenabfertigung und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist eigentlich zu teuer! Trotzdem haben wir die letzte Nacht vor dem Abflug dann noch einmal da verbracht. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und mehr war auch nicht nötig.
