전체적인 시설은 4년정도 되었기에 깨끗합니다. 다만 아침식사가 뷔페가 아니라 출장일정에 무리가 있었으며,

기대이상의 서비스

스리랑카 호텔 수준이 낮다는 소리를 들으며 예약을 했는데, 결론적으로는 다른 나라 호텔 수준과 별반 차이가 없었다. 룸 청결도, 직원 친절도 등은 기대 이상이었다. 숙소 위치는 콜롬보에서는 멀지만 콜롬보 공항에서는 콜롬보 보다 더 가까워서 아침 일찍 비행기를 타야하는 우리에게는 최적의 장소였다. 호텔 앞에 호텔에서 하는 듯한 식당도 있고, 비록 문을 빨리 닫기는 하지만 그래도 편의점도 있었다. 다만 주변에 딱히 관광할 거리가 없다는게 아쉬운 점이였으나, 3박 일정에는 크게 문제 되지 않았다. 그리고 와이파이 속도가 정말 정말 빨랐다. 어느 호텔 보다도 빠른 속도를 자랑했었다.

네곰보에서는 제일 좋은 호텔이에요. 과도하게 친절한면이 있고요, 방은 좀 축축했어요.. 에어콘을 많이 켜놔도 축축하더라고요.. 수영장이랑 비치에서 놀기에 좋고, 아 스낵바가 전부다 무료여서.. 못먹은거는 싸왔어요 ㅎㅎ 네곰보에서 여행하실거면 추천합니다.

다시 가고싶지 않을수 있는 나라에 다시가고 싶을 만큼 만족했던 호텔. 웰컴 물수건. 음료부터 프리 미니바. 수영장. 앞에 펼쳐진 비치. 조식까지 너무도 완벽했던 호텔입니다

Staff were excellent, room is good and pool is lovely. Unfortunately there was a huge amount of noise from street level until 2am including drums and microphone singing. It was impossible for myself or my baby to sleep which was the point of getting a hotel near the airport.

5 star view of the ocean, 3.5 star room, 2 star service from the staff. Stayed for 4 nights, first day was ruined due to being given a sub standard room. After complaining to the supervisor, we were given a nicer room with a beautiful view of the pool/ocean - but the room felt more like 3.5 star - nothing special, No mini bar and room was outdated. Paid nearly $200/night, not worth the price. Breakfast was the same for all 4 days of our stay. Also, felt that people of color are treated differently and raised this with the supervisor. The arrogant male staff in particular at front desk, restaurant and pool area need to be trained properly. This was raised with the supervisor.. Note that an additional 10% service charge, 18% VAT is added to food/beverage/spa.

Outstanding hotel. Great rooms, great breakfast, lovely pool, great location for exploring Negombo.

They did very well under difficult circumstances. On the positive side while we were there a cyclone and huge flood hit the island. The worst weather situation since 1902. Most tours were canceled and most visitors were stranded. They did their best. There was no power for a very long time. Actually, the power was off on my side of the building for the last 24 hours. We were there.. They did their best in terms of trying to keep the water out of common areas which was a full-time job for many people. So I would give them an A+ for that. When we arrived, we asked if we could get an early arrival room and they said the hotel was fully booked and there were no available rooms however, if we paid $75 then we could go into our rooms immediately. So no available room is fully booked unless you paid. I thought that was poor form but it’s their policy I guess. I wasn’t particularly impressed with the food. Cafeteria food basically.

Stay was fun and enjoyable

Staff and Concierge Sampath arranged our last requests perfectly and definitely visit thecrestsurant he referred us to Sameetha very reasonable and outstanding!

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Room was also very quiet which is important to us.

A really good hotel with kind and attentive staff. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. Really enjoyed the spa services. The only minus was how cold the room got because of the AC (didn’t matter how much we tried to adjust it), but I would definitely stay here again.

We only wish we didn’t start our 5-week stay here! It was so amazing that most of our other accommodations paled in comparison. We don’t normally stay in this kind of hotel as we tend to prefer smaller, less fancy hotels. But this was the perfect place to chill for 3 nights as we got over our very long flight to Sri Lanka. Our room was gorgeous, the staff were lovely, the pool was just what we needed and the buffet breakfast was so good!!!! We loved the location and walked one way along the beach and roads on one day and the other way on another day. Each day we walked well over 10km-15km and felt safe the entire time. The hotel is close to many restaurants and we highly recommend it for your stay in Negombo.
