친구가 신분증을 가지고 오지않아서 숙박이 거부 되어습니다. 집에있는 가족을 통해 메신저로 사진으로 확인하면 되지 않느냐고 했더니, 50대 메니저가 나와서 불가하다고 하여 실랑이 끝에 숙박하게 되었어요. 우리의 실수지만, 이 메니저는 그이후 지속적으로 불편한 눈빛을 주면서, 동양인이라 그래서인지 벌레 보듯이 우리를 주의 관찰함이 느껴 졌어요. 그 백인 메니저 때문에 정말 일행 6명이 좋지 않은 기억을 가지게 되었습니다. 앞으로 다시는 이 호텔을 이용하지도 그도시에 가지도 않을꺼에요.

What an absolutely delightful stay at Hotel La Perla, especially thanks to their incredible service! The stay was a present for my daughter's birthday, and the team at Hotel La Perla truly made it special. It's clear that the staff at Hotel La Perla are dedicated to creating wonderful experiences for their guests. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made my daughter's birthday truly unforgettable. The hotel is lovely, the pool and atmosphere are marvelous. We can't recommend Hotel La Perla enough for anyone looking for exceptional service and a truly caring atmosphere.

Altes Hotel, welches auf den Fotos toll aussieht, davon ist nicht viel übrig in der Realität

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Nicaragua, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The property itself is stunning—comfortable rooms, great amenities, and a peaceful atmosphere—but what truly made my stay unforgettable was the incredible service. A special thank you to Francisco at the concierge desk. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my trip was smooth and enjoyable. From helping with local recommendations to making last-minute arrangements, Francisco was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about making my stay exceptional. I also want to recognize Isaac and Miguel, two of the servers who stood out for their warm hospitality and attentiveness. They made every meal feel like a special occasion and always greeted me with a smile. Their service added a personal touch that made all the difference. This hotel is already amazing, but the staff takes it to another level. I highly recommend staying here—you’ll be in excellent hands.

Unfortunately they didn’t communicate (to me)that they’re having big events and there’s lot of people. Pool can’t be used because the entire area is full of tables, staff don’t come to me to ask about

Beautiful building, friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable, good AC and hot water. Cute little pool and patios. Safely walkable to main sites, convenience store nearby. Breakfast was good too (takes a while to cook, so acct for that). Because it is such a brautiful building, locals seem to host events/parties on site, but not too late.

Amazing hotel with even greater staff. The hospitality was amazing! Domingo, Milton, Jose Lindon, Isaac, and Rudy were all amazing. They made us feel really well taken care of. The architecture, decor, and amenities felt super luxurious.

I loved the kindness of the staff! Special kudos to Isaacs Travers, who was always enthusiastic, friendly, and knowledgeable about León’s culture. The staff and the place was very nice. Excellent experience!!

Hotel La Perla – A Wonderful Stay! I had an amazing experience at Hotel La Perla! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. I want to give special thanks to Milton Torres at the front desk—his warm welcome and helpful attitude made check-in smooth and stress-free. During my stay, I also had the pleasure of being served by Jose Fletes and Jose Lindo in the restaurant. Both were incredibly attentive, professional, and made every meal feel special with their friendly service. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I truly felt taken care of throughout my stay. Highly recommend Hotel La Perla and a big shoutout to Milton, Jose Fletes, and Jose Lindo for making my visit extra memorable!

Excellent stay! The whole team is incredibly friendly and will go out of their way to make your stay pleasant and support with information needed on the town, attractions, travelling etc. The property is beautiful and very clean. Located right in the middle of town it is close to local attractions and some wonderful restaurants. Highly recommended

Incredible staff, beautiful building, great location.

The hotel is centrally located within the town center. It’s a beautiful old colonial building very clean and well kept. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Service was exceptional I would stay here again for sure. The coffee in the morning is the best I have had in Nicaragua they will make you a French press or pour over. The food was good at breakfast and waiters excellent.

A great property with a great staff. We greatly enjoyed our stay
