친구가 신분증을 가지고 오지않아서 숙박이 거부 되어습니다. 집에있는 가족을 통해 메신저로 사진으로 확인하면 되지 않느냐고 했더니, 50대 메니저가 나와서 불가하다고 하여 실랑이 끝에 숙박하게 되었어요. 우리의 실수지만, 이 메니저는 그이후 지속적으로 불편한 눈빛을 주면서, 동양인이라 그래서인지 벌레 보듯이 우리를 주의 관찰함이 느껴 졌어요. 그 백인 메니저 때문에 정말 일행 6명이 좋지 않은 기억을 가지게 되었습니다. 앞으로 다시는 이 호텔을 이용하지도 그도시에 가지도 않을꺼에요.

The hotel is colonial style. Close to the center, but quiet and private. Staff is very attentive and accommodating. Clean.a nice courtyard. Room a little dark. But overall, they do their best.

C’est un très bel hôtel, la chambre est très propre et les personnels étaient super. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et l’hôtel possède un stationnement qui est un plus! Il est aussi proche de tout! Enfin, un hôtel vraiment à recommander

Very beautiful colonial building, very well maintained. Walking distance to the centre and its historical landmarks. Beautiful rooms, with a great restaurant. Staff was incredibly friendly, truly the perfect place to stay in Leon!

The hotel was truly beautiful, both the building itself as well as the chosen artwork and furniture. The staff were incredibly attentive and easy to work with in both English and Spanish, and the restaurant was excellent.

Chambre impeccable, un peu bourgeois, personnel agréable

This hotel was beautiful with a gorgeous garden area. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was the best I have ever had in a hotel. I highly recommend this hotel as it is close to everything and the area is walkable.

Room was good...however no window. Somewhat noisy at night...due to other guests... undisciplined children...and street noise. Breakfast good...reception and wait staff friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, great staff, however they throwed a party 2 nights in a row when we were there. Rooms are not sound proofed, so we couldn't sleep the 2nd night.

Very lovely establishment, beautiful interior with Spanish accent. Very clean and spacious bedrooms; lovely staff and great bar. We truly very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Room is fine (clean, comfortable - bathroom is a bit outdated and needs a deep clean/fixture replacement). Breakfast was good - included option is good enough. Above all though, the staff are what makes this hotel so special. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, nothing was ever too much.

Very walkable location, central to lots of food/things to do. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean, with super nice and accommodating staff (Issac is the best!). The pool is pretty small, definitely not for swimming and mostly just for lounging/kids. The restaurant is a bit pricey but the food is so delicious it’s worth it! Still dreaming of their chicken alfredo. Sadly our trip was cut short and we only stayed one night instead of two, the hotel doesn’t allow refunds, but we would definitely stay again and were sad we missed our second night! (The laundry service was also super articulate for how inexpensive it was - around $15USD for an entire laundry bag full).

Everything mentioned great breakfast,staff really helpful the hotel simply is beautiful!!will stay again in 2weeks but longer time.
