Hotel La Perla

Room is fine (clean, comfortable - bathroom is a bit outdated and needs a deep clean/fixture replacement). Breakfast was good - included option is good enough. Above all though, the staff are what makes this hotel so special. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, nothing was ever too much.

Very walkable location, central to lots of food/things to do. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean, with super nice and accommodating staff (Issac is the best!). The pool is pretty small, definitely not for swimming and mostly just for lounging/kids. The restaurant is a bit pricey but the food is so delicious it’s worth it! Still dreaming of their chicken alfredo. Sadly our trip was cut short and we only stayed one night instead of two, the hotel doesn’t allow refunds, but we would definitely stay again and were sad we missed our second night! (The laundry service was also super articulate for how inexpensive it was - around $15USD for an entire laundry bag full).

🌟 An Unforgettable Stay – Highly Recommend! 🌟 I can’t say enough amazing things about this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The building is absolutely beautiful—charming on the outside and rich with history on the inside. The ambiance, service, and food were all top-tier, making this one of my favorite hotel stays to date. 😍👌 We were warmly welcomed by a gentleman at the reception (unfortunately, I didn’t get his name). He immediately made us feel at home—offering welcome drinks, assisting with our luggage, and ensuring we had plenty of water for the night. His kindness truly set the tone for our visit. And then—Miguel. What a gem! He was by far the standout of our stay. Miguel went above and beyond in every interaction: his attentiveness, his knowledge of the restaurant menu, and his genuine desire to make our stay perfect did not go unnoticed. He deserves every bit of recognition this hotel can give. If you're planning a visit to León, do yourself a favor and stay here. The hospitality, the character, and the overall experience are simply incredible. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The property had a good location, however the rooms need updates and the staff did not honor my initial reservation as a VIP guest, we had to ask for a city view and our welcome drinks. It seems like they were trying to short change everything. Even the toilet paper was limited. The breakfast area was the best thing and it was included so that was nice. It’s not what the reviews said this hotel was. I will not stay there again.
