조용하고 아침에 새소리가 너무 좋았네요. 조금 위치가 남쪽 끝쪽에 있지만 호텔에서 택시를 불러주고 택시타고 돌아오면 됩니다. 안전하고 친절하고 다음에도 가고싶네요. 호텔이 주택같이 되어있는데 너무 예쁩니다.

Top notch hotel, top notch service and staff. Immaculate room. Excellent restaurant. Beautiful colonial building and nice gardens and outdoor sitting areas. Great, quiet neighborhood. We loved everything about this hotel and plan to stay again next time we visit CDMX.

Great staff and service. Breakfast was delicious. The only inconvenience on the first night was the lack of hot water and no water pressure in the shower but they will be able to switch the room because of this issue.

Great staff at front desk, restaurant, main entrance, and housekeeping. Great venue, very good breakfast, we liked the room very much. Unfortunately connecting rooms are not well isolated. In room 104 there is a gap of about an inch and a half in the door adjacent with room 103. We could hear TV and conversations of room 103 loud and clear. We could also hear the TV of room 105, not very loud but we did not enjoy it. I had to use earplugs to sleep. In our previous stay we did not have this problem in rooms 201 & 202. The rest was great this time.

Excelente atención del personal, lamentablemente nunca pude conectarme al internet y el control del aire acondicionado fallaba. Ofrecieron amablemente una vía para reportarlo y resolverlo, pero al día siguiente. Tomen en cuenta que el restaurante cierra a las 10:00 pm y solo por servicio como UberEats es posible tener un alimento.
