조용하고 아침에 새소리가 너무 좋았네요. 조금 위치가 남쪽 끝쪽에 있지만 호텔에서 택시를 불러주고 택시타고 돌아오면 됩니다. 안전하고 친절하고 다음에도 가고싶네요. 호텔이 주택같이 되어있는데 너무 예쁩니다.

Staff was great and rooms awesome. Clean rooms also. The guy at the entrance was very attentive.

Gorgeous rooms, gorgeous property. Love this hotel. Unfortunately the girls at the front desk are young and probably have ever experienced a luxury hotel. They were not trained to know where foreigners can change money. They sent me to a bank AND BANKS ARE NOT EXCHANGE HOUSES. .. One super knowledgeable front desk man was so helpful, he is the best . Antonio Del Prado should be a manager, he knows everything and helped me change dollars and coordinate Uber. ... The hotel had one extension cord and it was lost the first 2 days I needed it. They finally bought one and I was grateful. ... ... I came with my best friend who is a Doctor, and they refused to provide an airbed, or even a sheet for the woman doctor to sleep on the couch. . They were super kind to provide a blender, and Nashelly was helpful.

Habitaciones muy cómodas, amplias y limpias

The property is beautiful and situated in a upscale quiet area of the university. There is a park nearby with a Bosque forest if you'd like to hike and exercise. It is located a little ways from the center of town. So you have to be prepared to allow time for traffic can be bas The staff are all very polite and helpful. There was one that was trying to sell us private tours which we were not interested in. Breakfast was very good. The staff didn't understand English well and told us there was charge for ordering on the menu. So we just ate the continental breakfast. But in retrospect, it should've been included. I traveled with a friend who had his own room. Both our rooms have doors connecting to another room. There is a large space underneath the door . Therefore, the light from nextdoor and noise comes through to our rooms.

La habitación súper amplia y cómoda, el hotel muy tranquilo y silencioso, los alimentos muy ricos, definitivamente fue una buena opción y seguramente regresaremos

El hotel es muy agradable y se nota el cariño en cada detalle, desde la habitación, los jardines, los alimentos, hasta las amenidades. La atención fue increible, todo el personal es muy amable y atento, nos sentimos muy cómodos durante nuestra estancia, incluso nuestro perrito estuvo de lo más agusto y feliz lo cual valoramos muchísimo.
