EXCELENTE

El hotel es muy lindo, pequeño, silencioso y las instalaciones hermosas. Desafortunadamente la cama no es nada cómoda ni las almohadas. Solos dos mini botellas de agua. Todo lo demás tiene costo adicional. No había cama extra disponible ni café en habitación.

Perfecto todo

The staff was lovely--super helpful and kind. The breakfast was good with a modest buffet of fruit, pastries and toast, and good coffee. There was a charming atrium for eating in. Our room was very nice. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were great, with large showers and nice linens. The only problem for me was that the hotel was not well located. I knew it was on the far south side of the city, but I thought it was near a beautiful park and that I would be able to walk to the University and lots of other things I wanted to see. Nothing was available by foot, including places to eat. I would not recommend this hotel to tourists wanting easy access to sights in the city.

El hotel es hermoso, el diseño espectacular! Las habitaciones, una super espaciosa y la otra muy pequeña, hay falta de comunicación ya que nos querían cobrar nuevamente la cena, después corroboraron la información, había restos de jabón en el baño y un vaso usado. También nos tocó que en la habitación contigua pelearon toda la noche y no pudimos descansar.

Beautiful hotel. Courteous and kind staff. Had a very relaxing stay and it is now my new favorite hotel in México City.

Un hotel muy bonito, instalaciones modernas , adecuado para estancias cortas, en mi caso fue por negocios y fue muy conveniente, cerca de zona comercial y bosque.

Gorgeous rooms, gorgeous property. Love this hotel. Unfortunately the girls at the front desk are young and probably have ever experienced a luxury hotel. They were not trained to know where foreigners can change money. They sent me to a bank AND BANKS ARE NOT EXCHANGE HOUSES. .. One super knowledgeable front desk man was so helpful, he is the best . Antonio Del Prado should be a manager, he knows everything and helped me change dollars and coordinate Uber. ... The hotel had one extension cord and it was lost the first 2 days I needed it. They finally bought one and I was grateful. ... ... I came with my best friend who is a Doctor, and they refused to provide an airbed, or even a sheet for the woman doctor to sleep on the couch. . They were super kind to provide a blender, and Nashelly was helpful.

Habitaciones muy cómodas, amplias y limpias

The property is beautiful and situated in a upscale quiet area of the university. There is a park nearby with a Bosque forest if you'd like to hike and exercise. It is located a little ways from the center of town. So you have to be prepared to allow time for traffic can be bas The staff are all very polite and helpful. There was one that was trying to sell us private tours which we were not interested in. Breakfast was very good. The staff didn't understand English well and told us there was charge for ordering on the menu. So we just ate the continental breakfast. But in retrospect, it should've been included. I traveled with a friend who had his own room. Both our rooms have doors connecting to another room. There is a large space underneath the door . Therefore, the light from nextdoor and noise comes through to our rooms.

The property was amazing.
