The staff was lovely--super helpful and kind. The breakfast was good with a modest buffet of fruit, pastries and toast, and good coffee. There was a charming atrium for eating in. Our room was very nice. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were great, with large showers and nice linens.
The only problem for me was that the hotel was not well located. I knew it was on the far south side of the city, but I thought it was near a beautiful park and that I would be able to walk to the University and lots of other things I wanted to see. Nothing was available by foot, including places to eat.
I would not recommend this hotel to tourists wanting easy access to sights in the city.
