Clean room and very friendly staff

Excelente lugar , nadamas un detalle la cafetera de nuestro cuarto estaba sucia y no se pudo ocupar

The beds are Full size. Unfortunately, their website along with Expedia's states Queen size beds. I am stunned they are able to get away with this false advertising.

Excelente servicio! Llegamos más tarde de lo que esperábamos y el team estuvo muy al pendiente de nosotros, aunque era tarde. Desayunamos en el restaurante de el hotel y estuvo delicioso y la vista hermosa. 10/10 lo recomiendo.

Tiny room with terrace definitely not worth the extra money. A slight side view of the cathedral. Room was very tired and worn. Spots on the wall needed cleaning, patching, and painting. I was contacted by "Todd" (manager I guess??) I told him of these issues and he said we could move to another room. He called back 5 min later to tell us there was nothing available but offered to have the room "refreshed". Really? Was somebody going to come in and paint? I expected more out of a Hilton property especially for what we paid for the room. Do yourself a favour and choose a different hotel. I know management will respond and say "sorry it wasn't up to standards. I hope you give us another chance to make this right". They had a chance to make it right during our stay and did not.

Place is clean and the entire staff are great!

Our room was dirty. Had I’m assuming dry red paint hoping it’s not red blood. On the curtains and outside on the terrace. Would definitely look into another spot that cleans their rooms. Great area but not worth it if it’s dirty.

Muy agradable ambiente y comodidad, solo un detalle, fuimos en parejas y, quienes reservamos a través de Hotels.com nos dieron habitación sin vista, a pesar que reservamos con anticipación y a los que reservaron a través de agencia de viaje y a unos días de ir hacia allá, les dieron mejor habitación y con vista. Me parece que algo nos indica que no hay que reservar a través de aplicación

Great hotel in the heart of downtown Guadalajara. Close to the tourist attractions, and a short uber ride away from other great places in town.
