처음 스페인 여행의 시작. 위치는 최고. 주요 관광지는 걸어서 가능. 스텝 친절하고, 가격은 만족도가 떨어지지만, 음식도 해맑고 빨래도 할 수 있어서 편한점도 잇다.

시설정비가 제대로 안 되어 있고 체크인카운터에 컴플레인을 해도 개선이 안됨. 대답은 잘함. 체크인 카운터와 숙소는 100미터 정도 떨어져 있음. 숙소방향에 따라 다르겠지만 도로쪽의 방은 몹시 시끄럽고 객실/복도의 소음도 몹시 거스림. Gran via 역은 걸어서 4-5분거리로 매우 가까움.

번화가 및 쇼핑센터가 모여있는 그란비아 대로 위에 위치해 있습니다. 유동인구가 많은 길목 안쪽에 위치해 있으나 시끄럽지 않습니다. 취사가 가능한 주방이 완비되어 있습니다. 다만 객실(C)에 냄비가 하나 뿐이었습니다.. 주방에 세탁기가 있습니다.(허나 세제가 없음.. 까르푸에 가면 0.99 세제 판매함) 내부는 침실과 거실겸 주방 겸 소파베드가 들어 있으나 넓지는 않습니다. 성인 4명이 묵기엔 좁습니다. 부모+아이 정도라면 무난합니다. 욕실에 욕조는 없습니다.

여행에 교통편 및 쇼핑 등에 아주 좋았습니다.

늦게도착해서 걱정했는데 기다려주었습니다. 생각보단 조금 낡아보여서 실망스러웠지만 위치가 좋았고 주방과 큰냉장고에 만족했습니다. 옆방이나 아래층의 소음이 조금 들리긴했으나 괜찮았습니다.

Apartamento cómodo, moderno y bien situado

Great location, lived the room but we had lots of issues, first with check in, it took us over an hour trying to check-in then the codes were a problem pretty much every day, staff was helpful and nice but it was very inconvenient. They need to make check-in and easier process as we were not the only ones with the same issue, there was at least three other people with the same issue while we were there

Très déçus draps trop petits lit mal fait , aucun confort imposé trouver des capsules adaptées à la machine à café , pas de prise en tête de lit . Matelas et sommier non adaptés appartement très sombre ….

Kitchen was fine but the "1 bedroom" apt is basically just a studio. No living room, just a bedroom with a TV and a tiny kitchen. No sofa, no living area. The entire place is super noisy, hardwood floors combined with paper thin walls so if the apt next to you is occupied, it will feel like you're in the same room with them

A cozinha é completa, ótimo utensílios e condições excelentes para pessoas viajando em família.

Location is good. Poor check in / registration process and check in was delayed by 1hr until 4pm without explanation. Room was ok, but dark and lacking atmosphere, There are much better options close by.

We loved our stay at Smartr Madrid Chueca. The location was easy to find and central/walkable to everything we wanted to see. The area is very lively in the afternoon and quiet, but not unsafe late at night. The staff was kind and quick to respond to any questions via WhatsApp. The place was clean and comfortable. We would book it again happily!

The manager was a phone call away. My flight in got cancelled and he made the arrangements to keep my room for the remainder of the visit. Will come back!!

Notre arrivée a malheureusement commencé par une attente de plus d’1h30 avant de pouvoir accéder à l’appartement. À notre installation, nous avons découvert que le four était hors service, information communiquée seulement après coup. Pendant le séjour, les codes d’accès ont été modifiés sans que nous soyons avertis, ce qui a compliqué notre retour un soir. L’appartement présente plusieurs points à améliorer : fortes odeurs provenant des canalisations dans la salle de bain, murs et rideaux tachés, traces de moisissures dans une chambre, joints de fenêtres décollés, et une porte de salle de bain difficile à ouvrir (avec un réel risque de rester coincé). De petits manques se font aussi sentir : pas de gobelets dans la salle de bain, pas de torchon en cuisine. L’insonorisation est très faible — on entend nettement les autres locataires — et la connexion Wi-Fi ne fonctionne correctement qu’à l’entrée, pas dans les chambres. C’est dommage, car le logement est idéalement situé et dispose d’un bon potentiel : avec quelques réparations et un meilleur suivi des hôtes, il pourrait être une très bonne adresse. La communication avec l’hôtel est assez bonne et rapide dommage que le buffet soit éloigné et qu’il faut récupérer tous les jours des tickets entre les deux adresses…

Varias tiendas cercanas eso muy bien! No conocí a nadie del la estancia todo por mensaje y no contestan tan rápido es complicado ya que mi número no es de Madrid por lo tanto no puedo llamar, desayuno muy básico pero rico

je n'ai pas pu accéder à ma chambre !!! j'ai essayé d'appeler mais personne n'a répondu. J'ai du prendre une autre hôtel ailleurs ! je suis furieux !!! j'aimerai être remboursé

Great place, have already stayed here twice, and would gladly do it again. They have a nice snack area, comfortable beds and GREAT location.

Be aware this is not a hotel

This property is very conveniently close to Puerta del Sol. There is no outside noise at night. It is clean. The problem appears to be poor management. The phone number is provided but it is never answered. They should make it clear that all communication will be by WhatsApp. They should make it clear that an entry code will be provided on the day of checkin. Handle of washer broken, no plug for kitchen sink, walls very thin so any noise from adjacent apartments is noticeable.

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, sodass man fußläufig in wenigen Minuten die Gran Vía und das Zentrum erreicht. Sie ist recht geräumig und weitestgehend sauber, jedoch riecht es in der Wohnung nach Rauch und die Einrichtung ist nicht gerade modern. Das Bett und die Kissen waren nicht wirklich komfortabel. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern im Vorfeld sollte kundenfreundlicher gestaltet werden, sodass man zum Zeitpunkt des Self-CheckIns auch tatsächlich die richtige Hausnummer und den Eintrittspin kennt. Alles in allem höchstens ein mittelmäßiger Aufenthalt, den ich nur low-budget Touristen für kurzfristige Besuche anraten würde.
