Sehr schöne Anlage mit modernen Zimmern und sehr hilfsbereitem sowie gastfreundlichem Personal. Gut ausgestatteter Fitnessraum mit modernen Geräten und allen wichtigen Annehmlichkeiten. Insgesamt ist das Hotel gut in Schuss bzw. wurde es wohl vor nicht allzu langer Zeit modernisiert. Das Buffet bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas und lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Minibar wird jeden Tag aufgefüllt, sofern gewünscht. Nur das Abendprogramm war nicht so von größter Qualität - da habe ich in vergleichbaren Hotels schon viel besseres Programm erlebt.

This is a beautiful hotel with fabulous staff. The food is also great. My only complaint would be that there aren’t enough sun loungers for the amount of people in this large resort.

Es war alles super, das Hotel ist sehr modern ausgestattet , die Zimmer waren stets sauber und das Personal freundlich. Das einzige Manko für uns war , dass der Lift in unserem Gebäude nicht funktioniert hat und wir mit Kinderwagen einen Umweg gehen mussten zum Zimmer. Außerdem fanden wir es schade, dass es keine Kellner am Strand gab . In den meisten neuen Hotels kann man Getränke per App bestellen und sie werden gebracht. Sonst war alles Top .

A great hotel for families. The buffet had a really good selection every day (we stayed for 6 nights) and the hotel has lots to do. They were renovating the indoor playroom during our stay and with that it will be even better.

Generally the hotel and location was very good, especially for smaller families. As a small family with an older child, we found it wasn’t as suited to our needs with less areas of quiet. The pool was packed out every day with families and small children taking over all of the areas, it would’ve been good for there to be a quieter area. It was also disappointing that you could only use the à la carte restaurants a couple of times during our stay, the ramen restaurant was the best - the others, wern’t too special. The general buffet restaurant was fairly good with a lot of variety as well as local foods. The drinks range was good and the bar stuff were quick and friendly. We would normally get an upgrade due to our Expedia level but were told this wasn’t possible, as a result we were in a normal room with a sofa bed which was quite tiny in comparison to other hotels we’ve shared a room for within the area. The sofa bed itself was also of bad quality and kept falling apart.

Too many children .. I know it’s a family hotel but there are adults only as well so would be nice to have some adult only areas in the hotel like I usually find in other ( star hotels

Really fantastic hotel complex with everything you’d expect from a 5* resort. Highly recommend the swim-up rooms if you have kids. Alacarte restaurants aren’t worth getting excited about, we preferred the buffet. Private beach was a great addition and has a brilliant beach bar.

Meiner Meinung nach entspricht dieses Hotel leider keinem echten 5-Sterne-Standard. Besonders enttäuschend waren das mangelhafte Allergenmanagement, die À-la-carte-Restaurants, die Qualität der Zimmerreinigung sowie die Situation mit den Liegen am Pool. Unser Tipp: Die À-la-carte-Restaurants kann man sich sparen. Insgesamt hatten wir trotzdem einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Ambiente ist modern und gemütlich, die gesamte Anlage wirkt gepflegt und sauber. Unser Zimmer war bei der Ankunft sauber, die tägliche Reinigung beschränkte sich jedoch meist auf Bettenmachen und Handtuchwechsel. Ein Cocktailglas im Badezimmer stand vom ersten bis zum letzten Urlaubstag unverändert dort. Das Buffet war gut, allerdings wiederholten sich die Speisen täglich. Die À-la-carte-Restaurants waren leider eine große Enttäuschung: lange Wartezeiten trotz Vorbestellung, viele Weine von der Karte nicht verfügbar, unorganisierter Service und selbst für einfache Wünsche wie Wasser oder Salz mussten wir mehrfach nachfragen. Besonders kritisch sehen wir das Allergenmanagement. Trotz vorheriger Information über eine Pistazienallergie und eines Gesprächs mit dem Chefkoch wurde im griechischen Restaurant Pistazieneis serviert, ohne dies zu kennzeichnen. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir das Hauptrestaurant mit seinem freundlichen und kompetenten Personal sowie die Lobby- und Strandbar. Leider gibt es für die Hotelgröße zu wenige Liegen am Pool. The main reception staff are not very friendly/helpful and need to learn to smile!. Not enough sun beds for the size of resort and long queues for drinks and snacks just need more staff this would have made the holiday more enjoyable.

Hotellet er greit. Stusselig området rundt hotellet, kattemøkk rundt hele «hotellblokka» vi bodde rundt så man måtte gå med lommelykt for og ikke tråkke dette inn i leiligheten på kvelden. Hard seng for en over 80kg!!

A nice hotel, but if you don’t have children please book the sister hotel next door Ella Elissa. Helea is a very big, very busy hotel full of screaming children. Rooms are nice but again can hear babies crying all night. Perfect for families with young children, but anyone else should seek an alternative.

Allt som har med mat och service att göra är under all kritik. Däremot är läget, hotellet i sig och rummet helt overkligt bra.

The hotel is excellent Only the reception staff is not good as should be, very poor on solving problems the other hotel personnel are excellent. check carefully all your reservation needs before coming to the hotel in order not to get bad surprises.

I think the hotel was too overcrowded with people. The power went out every night in our room, and when it came back on, the lights turned on, which woke up our child. The food in the buffet was good. The service from the front desk staff was poor and not particularly welcoming. I think there are better 5-star hotels on the island.

Läget på hotellet samt lokaler och pooler osv är det högsta klass på. Det som tyvärr drar ner betyget ordentligt är servicenivån. I princip allt är krångligt och svårt. Appen till hotellet funkar inte heller på ett tillfredställande sätt. Maten generellt är faktiskt riktigt dålig enligt mig. Vi hade ett Junior Suite rum med havsutsikt och swim-up pool. Rummet var magiskt. Dåligt bemötande från personal i både reception, guest-service samt personal i barer och restauranger.
