Magnifique établissement avec toutes les infrastructures pour profiter un beau séjour à la mer.

This is not an all-inclusive resort, it is semi-inclusive. You are limited to two restaurants although there are seven of them and once you use up your reservations you must eat at the buffet restaurant. Further, room service is not included (unless you count the water and few cans of soft drinks that they may refill daily). The Greek staff is generally rude and not willing to help, that being said the foreigners are much friendlier and assist whenever you ask. Overall, the resort was okay not the best but not bad. The spa services were nice and the two restaurants we were allowed to try had okay food essentially what you would expect in a hotel restaurant.

Es waren 95% Engländer im Hotel, grundsätzlich alle liegen am Pool belegt, am Strand fuhr permanent ein Motorboot irgendwelche fun-Attraktionen mit Touristen im Meer. Das Essen war qualitativ hochwertig, aber sehr auf das britische Klientel abgestimmt. Der Flur vor unserem Zimmer wurde 3 Tage lang gar nicht gereinigt. Das Personal war Top!! Zu viele Gäste für die sportlichen Angebote! Paddel Platz war fast immer ausgebucht, teilweise doppelt gebucht. Tennisplatz war defekt und für jemand der richtig Tennisspielen will, ist er nicht geeignet. Das Netz war defekt, eine ganze Woche und niemand hat sich darum gekümmert. Jeweils nur ein Platz! Als Leihschläger hatten sie nur defekte Paddel Schläger, bei Tennis nur Kinder Tennisschläger. Das Fitnessstudio war zu klein. Oft lange Schlangen beim Essen bis man einen Sitzplatz zugewiesen bekam. Die buchbaren Restaurants waren ok, ein Italiener würde es wohl nicht als italienisches Essen bezeichnen, Für Steak musste man bezahlen. Für Kinder gibt es nur einen Fußballplatz den man buchen muss - der ist zugleich der Tennisplatz. Kein Volleyball! Wir würden es angesichts des hohen Preises nicht mehr buchen.

Super hôtel, très propre, personnel très serviable. Buffet varié et bon. Nous avons passé un super séjour ! Petits bémol sur la guerre des places à la piscine et à la plage devant l’hôtel où beaucoup de places sont gardées par des serviettes mais non utilisées et ce des 8h le matin. Et le restaurant Matsi n’est pas top on a largement préféré le buffet. Mais ça n’enlève en rien au fait qu’on a passé un super séjour et que l’hôtel est top.

Beautiful hotel but run like a 3 star. No one to help with luggage on arrival. People at check in desk didn’t want to help, just told us to wait once we’d already unloaded and brought all 7 suitcases in, with 2 babies! Staff member called Elena was very sarcastic and rude, should not be working there. Bed was creaking very loud with every small movement. My baby woke up 3 times crying from the sound, we moved rooms at 1am just for the night. I had to take my 6 month old across to the other side of the hotel just to sleep in a decent bed then move back to original room next day. Staff lie a lot, next day they told me the bed was fixed but nothing had been done. Housekeeping took my babies towel by mistake; took two days for them to find it and bring back to me. No service at pools, you’d expect staff to take orders around the pool at a 5 star. Staff dont know much and lie when questioned. Very strange. Mornings are extremely noisy when people walk past the bedroom. I was up from 7am from constant noise which wasn’t good for my baby. All inclusive options were very good though.

My partner and I could not be happier with our stay at the Ella Helea hotell. The staff was so nice, the buffet was amazing, and the overall experience was a 10/10. However, it is a «kids hotell» so if you are traveling with your partner like we were, be prepared for alot of kids running around. If you’d prefere a calmer stay, id recommend booking the Ella Elissa Hotel, considering it’s an adults only hotel.

The resort was good overall, but it lacked the finesse I’ve experienced at some other resorts. The staff were genuinely great and provided excellent service throughout our stay, which was definitely one of the highlights. That said, there were several maintenance issues around the resort that took away from the experience — things like loose or damaged tiles, a nail sticking out of the floor, and a handrail that wasn’t fitted properly. Small details, but noticeable in a hotel of this standard. The cocktails also need some improvement. For example, the mojito arrived without mint, and quite a few of the cocktails just tasted overly sweet and syrupy rather than properly balanced. Food was very hit and miss across both the restaurants and the buffet. Some meals were enjoyable, but others were disappointing — the chicken was often very dry, and the burgers from the street food bar were really inconsistent. One was fine, while another was rock hard. On the positive side, the pool area, views, and overall service were excellent. If the hotel can improve the consistency of the food and drinks, along with tightening up maintenance and operational details, it could easily become an incredible resort.

Absolutely loved it here and will definitely be coming back!

Stunning hotel in terms of facilities and design. Service could be a little slow and the food overall was slightly disappointing, quite basic for 5 star.

De kamer met zicht op zee was echt prachtig, het eten was super lekker, heel vriendelijk personeel, gezien wij eind april zijn geweest was het zwembad en de zee te koud maar dat ligt dan meer aan ons dan iets van het hotel. Er is een spa maar hebben er geen gebruik van gemaakt

Barn- och vuxenvänligt hotell på en fantastisk plats. Mycket att både göra och äta för stora och små. Privat strand och rymliga poolpmråden. God mat och flera olika restauranger ingick i all-inclusive. Personalen verkade lite trötta eller sura men var aldrig otrevliga. Lite för hård säng.
