Quarto limpo, cama, taveseiros excelentes, toalhas de banho pobres, chuveiro muito bom, área de acesso a elevadores, corredores e acesso à garagem sempre sujos. Café da manhã razoável. Falta um pouco de carrinho com o cuidado com o hotel, se não ele vai degradar rápido.

Hotel muito bem localizado, zona residencial tranquila em Providência, próximo ao Costanera Center e ao Cerro San Cristobal. Quarto pequeno mas limpo e funcional, café da manhã simples mas gostoso.

Jättemysigt hotell med fantastiskt hjälpsam personal. Sköna sängar i rymligt rum med en lite udda utforming av badrummet. Bra läge, lite utanför centrum. Enda problemet var att restaurangen var stängd två gånger under vistelsen p.g.a personalproblem. Finns dock en pizzeria några hundra meter bort.

Ótima limpeza de quarto, funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Bom café da manhã. No geral, boa localização, com necessidade de caminhada, mas que é super tranquila e segura.

The location is fantastic, with the mountain on one side (good for at least a full afternoon of exploring with the zoo, cable cars, fenicular, Japonese garden, walking trails, etc) and a lively area of downtown a few minutes walk in the other direction (South America's largest sky scraper, many restaurants and bars, very walkable area). I felt safe walking day and night. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool looked nice, but was too cold for swimming (nights are cold; days are hot). The breakfast was fantastic. Bit pricey, but would stay again and recommend to others.

El hotel está descuidado. Manchasven los lavabos, la piscina sucia. Lo unico que rescato es su ubicación.

Bela vista da montanha, um chuveiro maravilhoso, funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. Ótima localização, que nos permitiu sair caminhando tranquilamente, próximo ao metrô e de diversos restaurantes. Para nós o único problema foi a internet, que era fraca e por isso deixava tv sem sinal diversas vezes.

Wonderful hotel in a great/safe area with the national park on your door step as well as the Costenera Tower and shopping centre 15 min walk away. The hotel served a lovely breakfast and all staff were friendly and helpful and happy to hold your bags after checkout. The rooftop pool was a welcome cooldown after walking around all day and was a lovely area to relax in the evenings with amazing views. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Only downside is our room was on the busy roadfront which was noisy.
