Hotel on busy street with a stop light at the intersection, lots of street noise. Ok rooftop pool, not close to restaurants Average breakfast. Staff not helpful, didn't speak English.

Great hotel in a beautiful part of Santiago. Hotel is very clean and modern with spacious rooms and an excellent rooftop pool with views of mountains and the city. Staff were very helpful and stored our bags securely for us. Good breakfast.

Air conditioning did not work and staff had no contingency - not even a pedestal fan! They said because it is new years day they cannot get it fixed. Our room was disgustingly hot and we had our front and rear door open just to get airflow. We decided not to complain further during our stay as it was already late and we needed to keep our bags there for 6 days which we were very grateful they could facilitate. I dont think its acceptable to have no solution to the rooms being 30C+ and given the issue was present before our check in the least they could have done is advise us so we could find an alternative!!!

The hotel is not as great as it was mentioned in reviews. In fact I cancelled my reservation at Radisson blue based on reviews in expedia and made a reservation at Ladera for a much higher price. The stay was not great and breakfast option is very limited. Later I booked in Solace Hotel in Santiago and is way much better than Ladera. Overall I wouldn’t recommend Ladera Hotel.

Staff, from front desk to breakfast crew to the manager, all exceptional. Breakfast was delicious! Ladera Boutique Hotel will be my future go-to for a comfortable and elegant stay!

O Hotel é muito bem localizado, quarto e chuveiro excelentes, funcionários atenciosos. O café da manhã poderia ter mais opções, tivemos um problema com ar condicionado, que foi compensado com um desconto na diária, mas que não poderia ocorrer.

The hotel is a little out dated. They need to update some areas. The room needed some dusting, carpets in hallway very stained and fixtures need updating. The employees were nice and helpful.
