Ótima localização e atendimento da recepção.

The hotel is a little out dated. They need to update some areas. The room needed some dusting, carpets in hallway very stained and fixtures need updating. The employees were nice and helpful.

Foi maravilhoso todo o nossa estadia no Ladera hotel, fomos muito bem recepcionado hotel bem localizado e muito confortável.

Falta um pouco mais d limpeza no quarto , troca de toalha e jogo de cama ! Café precisa melhora os itens disponíveis

Dificuldade na comunicação em razão do idioma, considerando que não teve nenhum funcionário que falasse português adequadamente. O quarto é amplo, no entanto é mal dividido, inclusive o banheiro é dividido em 3 partes: ducha, lavabo e vaso sanitário, parecem que são 3 cômodos diferentes. A iluminação do quarto é insuficiente. O turista deve ficar bastante atento com relação aos pagamentos, haja vista que os funcionários se confundem bastante no momento da transação, além de efetuar cobranças em duplicidade. A piscina não possui aquecimento, sendo assim ficou inutilizada. Falta canais de TV com rede universal, a exemplo de canais brasileiros. Ponto positivo: excelente café da manhã, hotel bastante conservado e bem silencioso.

Nice central location, feels safe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean but some of the curtains were torn. Many of the rooms face a busy road and there was a lot of street noise at night

Buen hotel y bien mantenido, ubicacion excelente. Las habitaciones son amplias y luminosas con vista al cerro San Cristobal. La piscina en la azotea es muy agradable. Tiene un spa en el primer piso, solo le falta subir la temperatura al jacuzzi.

En general buen hotel. El personal es amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Lo único que creo podrían mejorar, es ofrecer algún tipo de lavandería. Los clóset tampoco tenían colgadores. Finalmente la TV (servicio de cable) no ofrecía canales en inglés, que fue un inconveniente para mi pareja.

Great location Providencia residential so all facilities at hand - restaurants, super, pharmacy, money changer etc... and only a short walk to teleferico - a must! Hotel in good condition, extremely helpful staff, restaurant and room service means you don't always have to go out!

Cons: AC didn't work. They didn't care to look into it much or follow up. Bed was ridiculously squeaky, Wifi kept disconnecting. Pros: most of the staff was friendly, nice design and upscale appearance of rooms and hotel overall, snack bar and fridge in hotel was convenient

Everything was very clean, the hotel is located in a nice neighborhood very close to San Cristobal Hill and Costanera tower. Everyone in the reception and restaurants was very attentive, I had a pleasant stay. Recommended!

We had a great stay at Ladera hotel. All the staff were very warm and friendly and they arranged a welcome dish for my birthday which was much appreciated. The pillows were really quite firm and high for our liking but that's a personal preference. Breakfast was simple but good and the housekeeping staff were very thorough (even replacing soap bars when plenty of use still lift which we think is unnecessary). Location was great, with a short walk to the subway and some really nice restaurants. All in all we'd happily stay there again if in Santiago.

Enjoyed our stay at Ladera. Staff were extremely helpful during our 5 night stay, and communicated to us in English which was unexpected but certainly appreciated. We loved the modern feel, and our king room was quite spacious, although did miss not having a desk to work on. Due to the outside heat, it was difficult for the A/C to keep the room cool during late afternoon and early evening (despite keeping our drapes closed) as we were located on the sunny street side. Location was great, and there was a HOHO Bus stop just across the street! We also appreciated use of their bikes, and storage of luggage for a few days. Rooftop pool and bar service was nice. Overall, a great stay.

Very safe and confortable place. Very near to shopping mall. This hotel offers a nice place to stay, friendly staff and great view in the last floor where is the swimming pool.

Great location. Safe area. Rooftop pool is a nice bonus. Room was large and clean with a good shower. Recommended!

Comfortable beds with great selection of fruits during breakfast. Staff is helpful. Bath products were well selected. Pool was nice to use. I’d stay here again when visiting Santiago

Beautifully designed hotel. Needs to work on service and breakfast offerings. No towels at pools, random charges for minibar when no items were consumed during trip, no hand towels in room… Framework to be an extraordinary hotel is there with employees needing further training. Breakfast was bland and it wasn’t until our last day we were offered eggs. Yogurt offered was for kids and full of sugar with no nutrition value - funniest part is they had an extraordinary yogurt bar with no yogurt and when asked, said they were out of yogurt.
