The best location for walking around downtown Macroplaza. Helpful, friendly staff, good food, comfy bed and pillows. CONS. Bring your own washclothes! Or body scrub. They don't have any. We got the room with a view of the inside courtyard but one can only see the windows of other rooms. Poorly lit area where there is a sofa. Very low quality toilet paper. Very slippery marble / tile shower. It made me anxious. The room was spacious.

El desayuno muy bueno, con buenas opciones y comida preparada a gusto en el momento. El gimnasio es grande y equipado pero le falta mantenimiento y algunas partes de las máquinas no funcionan. Podría merjorarse un poco.

The rooms were spacious.

The lobby was nice and the rooms were big but had linoleum floors and just didn't look coordinated. Good area though near restaurants and museums. Also, no microwave or mini-refrigerator. Definitely not 4 star. Could be very nice if they did some remodeling and provided some appliances in the rooms.
