Excelente ubicación y con un estacionamiento de paga muy conveniente. El personal es muy amable y las habitaciones son más espaciosas de lo normal.

Alguna vez te has sentido no bien recibido en algún lugar … que no toman en cuanta tus comentarios , que te ven como bicho raro por haber utilizado la reserva por medio de expida , decirles que la habitación estaba en mal estado u no hacer absolutamente nada ….. la verdad muy mala experiencia …. Lo peor de todo es la falta de empatía por parte del personal de front .

Un baño sin extractor, una cafetera incompleta, no tenía plancha la habitación ! No creo que sea un hotel de 5 estrellas, me tocó habitación con vista a otra ventana y no me percate que cobran estacionamiento en su estacionamiento a sus clientes , muy mala experiencia

The front desk staff, valet staff, and bartenders were all very friendly and provided excellent service. The property itself was nice, and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The table in my room was filthy, with what looked like red lipstick stains and a sticky residue. I ended up cleaning it myself. The restroom was also dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. The hotel has a great location and wonderful staff, but it definitely needs to improve its housekeeping standards.

La mejor opción en el centro, tienes a la mano todo y el hotel es hermoso. Totalmente recomendable.

I was there for a World Cup match, great location, safe area, nice staff, very active neighborhood, it was a great experience.

Front desk guy Edward was very helpful to us and he made sure we got what we were looking for in our stay.

Buena experiencia el hotel en general es bueno , solo es algo viejo , pero si es muy limpio y amplia habitación , el desayuno del restaurante es muy rico, la ubicación es excelente , hay todo cerca de el , hay valet parking y la relación precio -hotel vale mucho la pena , si lo recomiendo !

Disappointed. They charged us almost one full night for checking in 2h before (they told us the rooms were not ready one moment and then the next they say we can pay extra to get the rooms). Rooms are not clean and cleaning doesnt come everyday even though we explicitly put the PLEASE CLEAN paper on the door. There is no fridge in the room so water gets warm easily. Location is in the center, although not a modern area. Wouldnt come back
