The hotel is placed in the quiet place in the Alba. It takes about 15 minutes from the Alba station. You can get to the square within 5 minutes from the hotel and the square will be full of life (active) during the white truffle festival. Service was perfect and the hotel managers are always supportive. Morning buffet was also good (nice scramble eggs). For me, I needed to call taxi to get to Barbaresco and Barolo, and the hotel set up the round-trip schedule for taxi. It was not anything to worry about travel the area with the help of the hotel managers. Their English was very fluent and easy to listen. You can check-in even when you arrive a little faster than expected. Room was clean, and well-equipped (maybe not the best but good). Just what to remember in your mind is that the additional tax will be added for staying by the law (?).

Super helpful staff, clean large rooms, maybe a little dated, but everything functioned well. No tea/coffee in room, just in common areas. However on asking, the hotel provided a kettle immediately.

Everything about the property was perfect for our needs. We stayed in October during Tartufo festival, and one of the wine tastings was at this hotel. perfectly organized and wonderful wine selections. The breakfast is very good, and has several gluten free options as well as a barista to make coffees and cappuccinos. Beds were very comfy and location was extremely quiet. Parking is under the hotel, and you just need to run into the hotel on your arrival and they will open the gate for you. After that you can enter or exit with the room key. LOTS of restaurants and the entire old town is very walkable.

Camera molto ampia cosi come il bagno. Colazione ottima sia per varietà di scelta dolce e salata sia per qualità. Un plauso particolare al servizio garage e per la possibilità di lasciare l auto tutto il giorno anche dopo il check out

Chambre grande, literie confortable, salle de bains correcte. Le tout d'une grande banalité....une décoration datant des années 1960!!!

Very nice hotel

Ótima localização (entre 10 e 15 minutos a pé do centro histórico). Local bem tranquilo, de fácil acesso e com ótimo estacionamento gratuito. O quarto era amplo e com todo o conforto e funcionalidades necessárias. Ótimo isolamento acústico e muito boa qualidade de sono. O café é muito bom e com ótima variedade de itens.

Ottima sistemazione ad Alba, comoda da raggiungere e vicinissima al centro per andarci a piedi. Camera pulita, silenziosa e comoda, come anche il bagno. Colazione strepitosa, super ricca e molto curata.

清掃の人にchao chinaと呼ばれた以外は市街も近くフロントの人たちも丁寧で必要な設備も整っているいいホテルだと思います。
