조식 석식포함으로 했는데 매일 메인이 바뀌는 메뉴와 맛에 감탄했습니다. 또한 조식 석식 먹으러 가면 그 사이에 방을 정리해주고 세심하고 친절합니다. 우리는 또 가고 싶을만큼 매우 만족했어요.

골드회원 선 우대 체크인 지원도 없었고, 다른 손님 체크인에 농담따먹기 하며 30분 가량 소요되었다. 바다 가깝고, 호텔 내 매일 별도 프로그램 (종이접기 등) 있어서 아이들과 가기에는 나쁘지 않다. 조식 / 석식은 인상적이지는 않았고, 호텔 외 주변환경이 그리 좋지는 않다.

The receptionist kept making mistakes with my booking (downgraded my room without breakfast claiming that I had two fully-paid bookings for different types of room on the same day - but it turned out to be her confusion with someone else's booking) and additional charges during the check-out (which also caused from her confusion). It seems like she really wanted to charge me with something, lol. The way she dealt with the mistakes was extremely unprofessional, her tone was curt and rude during the whole process without any apologies or follow-ups. This experience completely ruined my first impression of Iberostar, I think I will have my next vacation at another 5-star hotel with better customer service.

수영장이 생각보다 좀 작았지만 이용하는 사람이 얼마 없어서 불편하진 않았어요 룸 컨디션도 깨끗하고 좋습니다 바다도 가까운 편이고요 그리고 조식도 꽤 괜찮습니다 스페인사람들이 다 그런지 직원들 너무 친절해요

비수기에 갔으나 크리스마스연휴와 겹치며 방이 없다고하여 오션뷰의 방이 만족스럽지 못했습니다. 비싼 돈주고 오션뷰에 스위트룸으로 업그레이드까지 했는데.. 좀 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 또한 리셉션과 스파, 식당 등 호텔 시설들간의 정보교류가 원활하지 않아 스파 운영시간도 종료했는데 가능하다고 안내해줘 마요르카 여행계획이 다 틀어져버려 그냥 호텔에서만 있었습니다. 마사지 무료쿠폰을 줬지만 25분동안 그냥 쓰담는 정도로 끝났답니다. 음식은 전반적으로 괜찮았어요~ 근데 성수기엔 더 비싸고 방도 없겠죠!

Interesting one, 5* certainly not. Amenities nice pool closes at 6:30 which is a real shame, life guard rude when we pointed out board said 7 pm. Even 7pm too early in my opinion. Staff english poor, had to get point across. Staff overall we had a few rude encounters, with reception staff, waitress & reception not very helpful. Food average not 5* quality. It needs a real boost with good people that make you feel welcome, informed & understood. Local area awful, full of german groups of lads and no nice spots to eat. Feels like magaluf 2.0. If you looking for a nice beach and friendly staff go elsewhere.

It was alright. I wouldn't call it five star by any stretch. Stayed at a handful of three star hotels in Barcelona and Paris and the service was exceptionally better there. We had Star Prestige and the all inclusive. Star Prestige not worth it. All inclusive is "mostly" inclusive and the food was alright but not "five star" amazing. There is a limit of three alcoholic drinks at lunch and three at dinner. Having a limit on quantity is fine, but it would've been nice to be able to get a drink by the pool or in the lobby bar as part of the "all inclusive" we were paying for. Area is very much a party area with groups of incredibly intoxicated Germans roaming the streets, chanting and singing but the hotel was more or less secluded from this. But makes it tricky to take a stroll to the beach without encountering completely plastered groups of guys. I would not return. It did not meet my expectations.

Tolles freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal egal in welchem Bereich des Hotels. Haben so etwas in ganz Spanien noch nie erlebt, nicht mal in den Paradores !!

Staff professional and helpful. Lovely hotel although could maybe be maintained a little better outside. Opposite the hotel a wall was graffitied and brought down the location & surrounding area it was the first thing you saw when arriving at the hotel

Der Empfang im Hotel war einfach großartig! Wir wurden wie VIP Gäste empfangen, bekamen etwas zu trinken angeboten und durften den Eincheckvorgang in einer Sitzecke geniessen anstatt an der Rezeptionstheke stehen zu müssen. Das Personal war ausserordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Hotel macht bereits beim betreten einen super sauberen und edlen Eindruck. Das Zimmer wurde uns schon vor 15.00 Uhr kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon zum Pool und waren damit mehr als zufrieden. Die Betten waren super bequem, die Abstellmöglichkeiten und Steckdosen ausreichend und die Einrichtung wirkt edel und sehr gut erhalten. Die Toilette sowie die Dusche sind in separaten Einheiten im Zimmer eingebaut. Das Waschbecken dagegen befindet sich direkt neben dem Bett im Schlafzimmerbereich. Das stört im Grunde nur wenn man Nachts zur Toilette geht und dann das Wasser im Becken aufdreht während die zweite Person schläft. Das Hotel liegt nur ca. 5 Gehminuten von der Strandpromenade entfernt in einer ruhigen Gegend und es gibt einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Umgebung. Auch das Frühstück am Morgen lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Es gibt sowohl etwas für den deftigen Gaumen, als auch für gesundheitsbewusste Gäste am Büffet und der Kochstation. Man kann das Frühstück sowohl im Restaurant als auch auf der sehr schönen Terrasse am Pool einnehmen. Alles in Allem ist das Hotel eine klare Empfehlung wert und wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen!

The cleaners were thorough . The layout of room was inappropriate as sink was not with toilet or shower and more in the main bedroom . The shower did not drain the water quick enough therefore it collected water

Veldig rent rom. Frokost og middagsbuffet var helt fantastisk. Veldig koselig og høflig personale. Alt var bare bra på alle mulige måter. anbefales 100%

Increíble, buffet delicioso y excelente todo

El buffet increíble, comida sp rica, todo muy limpio y bonito. La única observación es que a partir de las 9 pm ya no hay donde comer, cierran todos los restaurantes entonces creo que para un todo incluido debería de haber alguna opción que cerrara mas tarde pero en general la estadía fue ideal
