The receptionist kept making mistakes with my booking (downgraded my room without breakfast claiming that I had two fully-paid bookings for different types of room on the same day - but it turned out to be her confusion with someone else's booking) and additional charges during the check-out (which also caused from her confusion). It seems like she really wanted to charge me with something, lol.
The way she dealt with the mistakes was extremely unprofessional, her tone was curt and rude during the whole process without any apologies or follow-ups.
This experience completely ruined my first impression of Iberostar, I think I will have my next vacation at another 5-star hotel with better customer service.
