조식 석식포함으로 했는데 매일 메인이 바뀌는 메뉴와 맛에 감탄했습니다. 또한 조식 석식 먹으러 가면 그 사이에 방을 정리해주고 세심하고 친절합니다. 우리는 또 가고 싶을만큼 매우 만족했어요.

골드회원 선 우대 체크인 지원도 없었고, 다른 손님 체크인에 농담따먹기 하며 30분 가량 소요되었다. 바다 가깝고, 호텔 내 매일 별도 프로그램 (종이접기 등) 있어서 아이들과 가기에는 나쁘지 않다. 조식 / 석식은 인상적이지는 않았고, 호텔 외 주변환경이 그리 좋지는 않다.

깨끗하고 프런트에서의 서비스가 친절해서 좋았습니다

The receptionist kept making mistakes with my booking (downgraded my room without breakfast claiming that I had two fully-paid bookings for different types of room on the same day - but it turned out to be her confusion with someone else's booking) and additional charges during the check-out (which also caused from her confusion). It seems like she really wanted to charge me with something, lol. The way she dealt with the mistakes was extremely unprofessional, her tone was curt and rude during the whole process without any apologies or follow-ups. This experience completely ruined my first impression of Iberostar, I think I will have my next vacation at another 5-star hotel with better customer service.

수영장이 생각보다 좀 작았지만 이용하는 사람이 얼마 없어서 불편하진 않았어요 룸 컨디션도 깨끗하고 좋습니다 바다도 가까운 편이고요 그리고 조식도 꽤 괜찮습니다 스페인사람들이 다 그런지 직원들 너무 친절해요

비수기에 갔으나 크리스마스연휴와 겹치며 방이 없다고하여 오션뷰의 방이 만족스럽지 못했습니다. 비싼 돈주고 오션뷰에 스위트룸으로 업그레이드까지 했는데.. 좀 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 또한 리셉션과 스파, 식당 등 호텔 시설들간의 정보교류가 원활하지 않아 스파 운영시간도 종료했는데 가능하다고 안내해줘 마요르카 여행계획이 다 틀어져버려 그냥 호텔에서만 있었습니다. 마사지 무료쿠폰을 줬지만 25분동안 그냥 쓰담는 정도로 끝났답니다. 음식은 전반적으로 괜찮았어요~ 근데 성수기엔 더 비싸고 방도 없겠죠!

Our stay was wonderful. Some of our favourite things included; the delicious food, the convenient and well maintained bike storage, the spa and especially the friendly and helpful staff.

Eten goed bediening perfect, vooral Naty, maar tafels erg op elkaar waardoor vrijwel geen privacy. Vooral in weekends erg druk. Animatie , vooral in zwembad perfect

Wir, Paar (50+), waren zum 2ten Mal nach 2023 im Iberostar Selection Llaut Playa de Palma. Das Hotel ist wirklich schön, die Zimmer sehr sauber und geräumig und das Personal ist top. Die Lage ist auch super. 150m bis zur Playa, nur 10min bis zum Flughafen und auch für Ausflüge mit dem Auto perfekt gelegen. Leider ist das Essen nicht 5-Sterne würdig. Die Auswahl der Hauptspeisen ist überschaubar und immer nur lau warm. Bei den Speisen, die am Grill/Tepanyaki zubereitet werden, wird nie vorgearbeitet und man wartet wirklich lange. Auch die Qualität des Fleisches war an dieser Station eher nicht so gut. Im Gegensatz zu 2024 hat die Qualität des Essens wirklich nachgelassen. Alles in allem ist das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Wir würden beim nächsten Mal wahrscheinlich nur mit Frühstück buchen und dann lieber Abends auswärts essen gehen.

Zimmergrösse, Aussicht, Dusche

Fantastisk opphold på et nydelig hotell - med god service som hadde hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Nydelig mat. Passer perfekt for en avslappende voksenferie. Vi ble imidlertid litt forvirret ift innholdet med drikkevarer på «all inclusive».

Room is spacious and clean. Food has great variety. Great location. Lots of compliments from hotel (drinks, flower , cookies) Good Sauna I personally don’t love when toilet and sink not private, especially that at night light turns on automatically. If you stay with another person it’s disturbing sleep. But still have enjoyed staying at the Hotel.

Limited pool hours were unfortunate

very nice hotel, just at the wring place with al the deunken germans around. the card system to get a tovel i was not a fan off. the japanese restaurant was closed on monday and tuesday. i would not gave exprected this in a five star hotrel. all in all a very nice hotel…

Das Hotel ist an Freundlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen. Schon zu Beginn wird man total abgeholt. Wir sind zum dritten Mal hier und werden sicher auch wieder kommen. Das Angebot von Fitness, Wellness, Spa ist Top. Dazu kann man direkt im Hotel ein Mietauto buchen. Als Starprestige Urlauber steht dir oben ein toller Rooftop mit einer grandiosen Aussicht plus Bar zur Verfügung Alkoholfreie Getränke sowie Snacks sind kostenlos.

The staff was very welcoming. The environment was very nice and professional. The dining area is extravagant!! Everything about this hotel was awesome!!

They don”t have a phone number that you are able to contact them and they are not able yo respond you by email . I DO NOT RECOMEND THIIS HOTEL

The hotel is totally worth the trip. The surrounding is not very attractive, but our idea was just to enjoy the hotel and it was excellent. The staff is super friendly and us very comfortable all time. Food is not the best but there are lots of options.
