Very clean and well presented room. Reasonably priced drinks, to be honest the whole bar was cheap. Friendly and considerate hosts, along with the clientele. Well done Joe and Darren, and family

Lovely stay and wonderful staff and locals helping us get to a wedding. Ever so kind and accommodating!

Evening staff helpful. No dining facilities (was advertised with these). Room above bar noisy. Breakfast served as pre-ordered then man who served it disappeared and I finally left the hotel without seeing anybody, just left muy key ona desk.

Nice clean decor in room although the bathroom extractor fan was thick with dust and fluff (can’t understand how when everything else seemed clean) TV didn’t have any aerial connection so it was replaced with a new smart TV but not connected to the WiFi. Bistro wasn’t open and the rest of the town was lacking in eateries, especially early in the week.

The rooms were the smallest we have ever stayed in. The floors were sloping, the bathroom was the width of the shower cubicle. The second room we booked was equally as small neither room had a wardrobe but one had a rail and some coat hangers. In the second room booked the TV didn't work and the owner wasn't interested in sorting this out. The toilet in their bedroom had a very feeble flush and both showers were more of a trickle. We booked this hotel as it offered Bistro food but when we arrived we were told they weren't doing food at the moment. The signs are still outside saying that it had a Bistro. They did however do a cooked breakfast for us in the mornings. The room shown on your website is a lot larger than what we had. The electrics in our room had bare wires showing. Also there was a gap where the window didn't fir properly. All in all a very disappointing stay.

Shower was full of black mould. Questionable wiring and light in the shower. No hot water to sink in morning other than boiling the kettle. Perhaps in the shower but we weren't prepared to try. When next door room came back at night we could see there light through a crack in the wall below wood beam.Welcoming broken pane of glass in front door of inn. There was stuff everywhere in the hotel, the bar, and the dining room areas. It was cluttered and messy. There was no hot water from the bathroom sink. The room was clean, but tatty. Other than that, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere

Very disappointed in my stay, mould around the windows, no heating, bar an electric fire. Minimal hanging space, only a hand held shower that took ages to heat up. Small towels. No Food available in the evening, Bar area dirty and cluttered.

Very friendly and kind staff. Excellent cheap beer! The breakfast was tasty and served in good portions. The Inn is very charming but in desperate need for a lot of TLC! It was quite shocking looking at so much rubbish around the common areas. The room was really small but clean and cozy.

Place a little tired and shabby. Description on Web misleading i. e no evening meals. Bedroom rather small with not much room between wall on one side. Breakfast adequate.

Really old building old timbers

Lovely hosts very welcoming and cater for every need. Comfiest bed in a hotel room we have stayed in. Breakfast was included in the rate, and was the tastiest full English. Would definitley stay again for another wedding in Bromyard

Moved room tv did not work. Second room toilet did not flush properly

Strange place! Seems like its undergoing a bit of renovation - boxes everywhere. Only one ceiling spotlight worked in our room and that was hanging out of the ceiling. Didn't seem to be a manager there. The carpark was a bit rough and we were concerned leaving the car there - but it was fine. The pub was very busy when we arrived - so the locals obviously like it. On the plus side, the room was nice and clean and spacious and the bed was very comfy. Plenty of tea and coffee supplies in the room. The barmaid was nice and friendly and breakfast was good.
