Location is just next to the Navona square. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast itself as well as the view from the restaurant were wonderful. Room condition and cleaning was also nice, but wifi signal in the room was too weak and air conditioner was not enough to cool the whole room. The worst part was noisiness. Other than the noise from the street til midnight, refrigerator and A/C made such a monstrous noise. I couldn't fall asleep until I unplugged them during night.

when I checked in, the bed sheet had clear mark of red lipstick. very very unpleasant. also, after room cleaning, one of our bed pillows were left on the floor. wth? overall ammenities were good but sanitary wise, I do NOT recommened this place. the check in manager also changed his words about check in time. inity he said it was 2pm but when i refused to upgrade my room by paying extra charge, the manager suddenly said that check in was available from 2:30pm. upsetting service.

The breakfast was very basic but good

Only downside was the construction going on. They were willing to move us but we only had a few days left.

Fantastic hotel and location for a first visit to Rome

Wir hatten 2 Suiten gebucht. Eine Suite war mit einem älteren Badezimmer das andere mit einem neuen. Nachdem wir gefragt haben ob wir auch ein neues Badezimmer haben können konnten wir die Suite tauschen. Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr gut und Eier mit Aufpreis. Dafür liegt es sehr zentral. Die Bar ganz oben ist ein Highlight. Das Abendessen im 4 Stock ist jedoch sehr ungemütlich wahrscheinlich im Sommer auf der Terrasse schön. 5 Sterne Hotel ist es für uns nicht da müsste das Frühstück viel besser werden und das Abendessen exklusiver werden. Mitarbeiter waren nett.

My experience at Eitch Borromini Palazzo Pamphilj was far below what one would expect from a hotel that presents itself as a luxury property. Although breakfast is included, the quality and variety are quite disappointing. Additionally, any extra item, such as a cappuccino or hot chocolate, comes at an additional charge, which does not align with the standards of a hotel in this category. A particularly unpleasant issue was that my nightgown disappeared on the second night of my stay. I informed the hotel staff, but I never received any response or resolution, which shows a lack of care and attention toward guests. The only truly positive aspect is the location, which is excellent. Overall, however, the hotel needs significant improvement to meet the luxury standard it claims to offer.

Para um hotel de 4 estrelas com valor de diária relevante esperava um atendimento mais atencioso do staff. O café da manhã estava bom mas um simples omelete era cobrado à parte, não nos ofereceram um cappuccino… tivemos que perguntar para sabe se era possível.

Unfortunately our Spa wasn’t working but the staff did the best they could and we worked out something in the end. Staff were so lovely and friendly. My only issue was (obviously the spa not working) but also there is no AC in the room. Just bear that in mind. Other than that the hotel was great and in a beautiful location. The bed was also really comfy. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious with high ceilings. It was a very large space, expecially in a city center. The hotel was conveniently located to several attractions. The staff was lovely and went the extra mile by providing chocolates on Valentine's day. It was a perfect and unexpected gift. The only small issue was the speed of the lone elevator as it moved very slowly. We ended up carrying our luggage up the two flights of stairs to avoid the lengthy wait. We were well taken care of.

Personal amable...la habitación enorme pero impractica...buffet de desayuno muy básico y los extras del mismo carecian de originalidad y sabor...la ubicación impecable....solo vale la pena por la ubicación...el resto tiene mucho por mejorar

Front desk was very helpful especially in securing a taxi on a rainy Sunday night. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and breakfast was incredible.

Great little hotel. Great staff.
