Location is just next to the Navona square. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast itself as well as the view from the restaurant were wonderful. Room condition and cleaning was also nice, but wifi signal in the room was too weak and air conditioner was not enough to cool the whole room. The worst part was noisiness. Other than the noise from the street til midnight, refrigerator and A/C made such a monstrous noise. I couldn't fall asleep until I unplugged them during night.

when I checked in, the bed sheet had clear mark of red lipstick. very very unpleasant. also, after room cleaning, one of our bed pillows were left on the floor. wth? overall ammenities were good but sanitary wise, I do NOT recommened this place. the check in manager also changed his words about check in time. inity he said it was 2pm but when i refused to upgrade my room by paying extra charge, the manager suddenly said that check in was available from 2:30pm. upsetting service.

Great location. Fantastic spacious rooms and excellent rooftop bar. Breakfast was ok, staff pleasant but not overly helpful Unlike a 5-star service but again location is excellent for travelers and large room, bathroom makes a longer stay far more fun and relaxing. Oh I must say WiFi was terrible in the room .. for all the folks who love to spend time browsing … you will not have any network lying down in bed!!

I highly recommend this gorgeous property in the most ideal location to tour Rome just steps from the Piazza Navona, close to numerous famous landmarks, restaurants and shopping. The staff was amazing prior to check in answering within minutes any questions or doubts, this impeccable service and attention continued during our stay and at check out. We were traveling with our teenage daughter and got a suite which had a separate room with a pull out sofa which was spacious with comfortable, luxurious bedding. It was made up prior to our check in which was so nice. We loved our room as it was so spacious, very clean, sleek and modern. A delicious and complete breakfast was served every morning which was a welcome extra bonus saving us time before touring. I highly recommend this unique, historic property as it was perfect in every way. I definitely will stay here again on my next trip to Rome.

My fiancé and I stayed here for 7 days and we chose the Deluxe Suite King Bed with Sofa bed. We arrived a few hours early before check in so reception was able to hold our bags until we checked it. We were so surprised that everything is so close! We stumbled upon Piazza Navona, Sant'Agnese in Agone, the Pantheon, and the Trevi Fountain all within a few hours of arriving! We were simply looking for a good place to eat and ended up checking off some places on our must see list. This is a fantastic location to stay in! Hospitality is excellent at this location. Once we checked in we were blown away with our room. It was so spacious and it had a beautiful layout. The architecture was so amazing. As previously mentioned, everything is a close walking distance. After trying out many highly rated eateries, we found our favorite restaurant less than 5 minutes away! If you stay at Etich definitely make sure to check out Ristorante Pizzeria Navona Notte. The staff and locals are very friendly and accommodating. Back to Hotel Etich. We opted to get breakfast with our booking and their breakfast did not disappoint. It’s buffet style with so many fresh options to choose from. Their cappuccino’s are excellent. I highly recommend this hotel we have no complaints. We will definitely be back, thank you hotel Etich and staff for an amazing experience!

This is a gorgeous property. The people at the front desk were wonderful. However, there were some HUGE problems. First of all, if you are a family, DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel hosted a rave wedding the night we stayed there. Literal partying, throbbing bass, people screaming until 2;30 am. What 5 star hotel would do this anywhere in the world? This is NOT a Hotel for FAMILIES or people over 22. Also, they did not bother to get to know us. I returned from dinner and was questioned at the door for entrance, which is very unseemly. I said, “Buona Sera” to the doorman and he responded with, “Are you staying at this hotel?” I said, “Yes,” but that should have been obvious. I am a middle-aged American Banker. This was unacceptable. Also, the rooms are gorgeous and gigantic, but also very institutional. You feel as if you are sleeping in a grand room at your university. The walls are un-decorated and the furniture is sparse. It is a bunch of big, empty, cold, spaces. The views are amazing, the location is amazing, the bathroom was very nice, the courtyard was gorgeous and peaceful, until the rave started. So if you have a family or value sleeping, do not stay here.

Right near all the night life

The property was very convenient to shopping, restaurants and sites. The room did not have any drawers to place our clothes from our luggage. However, the room was lovely.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL property!! The staff was phenomenal and so helpful, the food in the breakfast area was all great, and the rooftop bar had the most delicious drinks with an amazing view of the city. 10 out of 10, LOVED it and would definitely come back

Hotel is in the perfect location to walk anywhere in Rome. The staff is amazingly helpful and thoughtful. They make sure you have everything you need and feel welcome. The hotel is beautiful and the rooftop restaurant serves amazing food. We highly recommend.
