We had an unforgettable stay in the hotel’s amazing honeymoon suite, which was not only beautifully designed but also perfectly located just steps from a vibrant plaza. The central location made exploring effortless, the staff provided incredible restaurant recommendations, and the hotel’s rooftop dining and drink options were truly exceptional—offering stunning views and a romantic atmosphere that elevated our entire honeymoon experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury.

Hotel is in a great area downstairs is the piazza and so many wonderful restaurants. The rooms were nice but due to perhaps age bathroom water was not draining , wifi was almost non existent and just overall service of front staff was with no urgency. We must have asked over and over as water was spilling over form the walk-in shower to help us with towels or perhaps new room. We couldn’t get any service and even though we left to go out no housekeeping came to service room leaving our wet towels all over the floor to mop up water. Tv didn’t work and due to building structure no wifi hence tv signal was poor as well with no anwser from front desk after asking repeatedly.

It was a really amazing location just on the backside of the plaza Del Novia, and it had really amazing breakfasts that you got as part of staying there. Great little Café area that you could look over the city and then also a bar with a great view and a perfect place for pictures. We had a king size bed that was very comfortable and our son slept on a pullout and he said it wasn’t that bad either. Nice bathroom very clean, helpful staff we were very pleased.

Amazing location and large room. Mattress was not the most comfortable and breakfast was sad.

The hotel was just as described. Convenient to all the sites/stops! Amazing restaurants, coffee shops and gelato all around. Roof top bar was lovely. Hotel staff quick to answer any questions and helpful to book our transfers from airport and cruise port.

Lovely hotel, well run and great location. Had to be out early every day so unfortunately missed breakfast.

Everything was good!

A beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The room was very spacious and the interiors were wonderful. The surprise for us was the intimacy while being so near the Piazza Novonna. Food and service was exceptional. And the roof top bar was magical.

There is no lobby in this hotel, as it’s a historical palace. Front desk was the best service. They couldn’t do more to give you a nice stay. Perfect are for sightseeing. We had the classic double room which was lovely but small. Bathrooms are large & look newly updated. They are excellent!

No Hot water and unsafe outdoor door to room.

Stayed 4 nights. Hotel was very centrally located, easy access to everything. While the hotel was nice, there were issues with the A/C in our suite. The hotel did what they could to rectify the issue, and it was better on nights 2 thru 4. They were able to send us to a sister property for the first night, which was good, but inconvenient. Under the circumstances, I believe the hotel handled the situation well.

Excellent location - Piazza Nivona!! Walking distance to Pantheon & Trevi Fountain as well as quick cab ride to the Vatican! Conveniently surrounded by many great restaurants and shopping! Beautiful new rooftop bar to watch the sunset and have some drinks/food at night! The breakfast is wonderful, so many choices for a free meal and nice covered patio to eat. Beautiful, luxury bathrooms but only some rooms are renovated so our room was large but dated, still nice room. Front desk staff, housekeeping, & restaurant staff at breakfast were all great. If they would finish updates to the rest of hotel rooms and courtyard - it would be an even better hotel! We were in Italy for our wedding & honeymoon which I mentioned a couple times in communications prior to our trip so we would have appreciated something special - room upgrade at a discount, prosecco upon arrival, or better seating or recognition when we booked the rooftop reservation for sunset drinks and dining. All in all great experience and would consider staying there again.

We loved our stay except we woke up after the firat night having barely slept in a very hot room. Our friends in a different room had the same issue. We told the front desk and was told they would look at it, which they never did. After another sleepless night in a very hot room with no air conditioning, we all went to talk to the front desk again. When we walked into the freezing cold office to let them know, and we were told thats just how the A/C feels. At the end of the day, we again went to the office. Luckily, a different gentleman helped us. He came up to our room, walked in, and immediately said, "Oh no, this isnt right!" He moved us into a very large suite with amazing air conditioning and we slept well the next 2 nights. Overall, the hotel is exquisite, has amazing food, amazing views, is in an unbelievable location close to food and shopping, and is even gluten friendly! But having to sleep 2 nights in the heat because someone was too snooty to pay attention, is not good. But let me assure you that every other employee of the hotel were very kind and friendly. We didn't let one bad apple ruin our trip and would definitely stay again. The hotel is truly a gem.
