It's quite nice hotel!

I choose this hotel as it was in close proximity to Excel. This was a special treat for my daughter's birthday & although the Hampton by Hilton next door was less than half & included breakfast to the Moxy i wanted to spend more as thought it must be better & looked great for youngsters. The room was extremely hot & we were unable to change the temperature control as this is controlled by the hotel. There is a sign saying if it's too hot in the room open the window which was a tiny opening. For the price i woukd expect a wardrobe, a safe, a telephone for room service as well as a clean bathroom. The bottom of the shower was very dirty & extremely small as well as the bedroom which had 2 small single beds. We stayed at the Hampton next door the next night & got two double beds, a much bigger room & superb bathroom, all the amenities you would expect in your room & this also included a very nice breakfast. Bearing in mind the Moxy cost almost double I can assure you I will not be staying in a Moxy again.

Came for MCM comic con - it was well placed at just a 10 minute walk from the back exit of the excel centre. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had the most delicious air con which was needed during a heatwave! There was a 24hr bar which meant that you could pop down and grab a cold drink/snack if you needed to as well. Would definitely rebook!

The breakfast was fabulous with multiple varieties for food and drinks with fresh bakeries and strong coffee. The staff were very smily and cheerful. The room was clean organized with multiple facilities. I really enjoyed my stay there and I would think of booking again in this hotel when I come again to London.

breakfast was OK but scrambled eggs were of a much lower quality compared to other moxy I've stayed. Rooms a lot smaller than normal but I guess that's London...

Not bad but the staff are both too few in numbers and too low in experience.

Breakfast is likited but good quality. Bar is big choice of drinks

The staff are amazing here. Faheed is amazing brother from Bangladesh. All the staff are really good. Very understabding and accommodating.

This hotel was modern chic but very minimal when it comes to the aesthetic of the rooms. My only complaint was we did not have enough space to put our stuff out with two people in the room. Ideally we would have had a wider or longer shelf for us to put our stuff on. It was a small room so eating in the room was challenging but we may do. And it fit perfectly for our purpose, very close to the train station and the city center airport. I really liked the lobby and the photo booth however I must say the photo booth does need more instructions as our first photo was ruined by not knowing it was about to take our photo. The price for the photo booth is not unreasonable but we had to pay twice to get a good set of photos that we liked. Super cute and fun aesthetic I would definitely come back and recommend to others!

Good comfortable stay. Nice clean room. Staff were helpful and polite when we checked in. Found plenty of parking and DLR 5min walk away. Would stay here again.
