Good facilities, nice for kids. Tricky to get to the ski school for kids.

Beautiful hotel , super friendly staff and gorgeous location

Terrible service at the front desk. The staff at th check-in had no clue what they were doing. Lack of English language was another problem. only the gentleman who worked in the afternoons was friendly and knowledgeable. we have been told to chose a dinner time, the silly thing is you have to register for the dinner time every day after 4pm. There was no possibility getting a cup of coffee or anything else until the bar areas was opened at 4pm. of the 3 elevators, only one was working. The buffet at dinner was horrible.You could barely chew the meat, though I have to admit the servers were very friendly. Ultimately,we were so unsatisfied that we decided to leave 2 day earlier than initially booked. Not worth the money.

It was a very pleasant stay. I can certainly recommend this hotel. It has ski-in/ski-out, but it’s not pretty straight forward to find from the first attempt. There is a rental located right next to ski room which I found very convenient . Breakfast offering is decent, however I would love to see more fresh vegetable and fruits offering (there was only cherry tomatoes). There is also nice “eggs station” where chef cooks fried eggs and omelet of your choice as well as freshly cooked pancakes. However there was a “catch” maybe I didn’t see in description of the hotel, but they hold 100€ per night per person as security deposit. So in overall it cost 1000€ for 2 persons per 5 nights. Luckily I had such amount on my card, but still it could be very unpleasant surprise especially you are traveling not alone and for longer period of time. But the good thing is that it got unfrozen once you check out. So in overall solid 4 star hotel with great location.

Bon séjour , piscine eau un peu froide c est un avis personnel et en arrivant on nous prévient que notre dernier jour la piscine été fermée cela aurait été bien de le savoir a l'avance pas le jour de notre arrivee

My stay, surpassed my expectations. The room was amazing, the staff super cool, I would come back anytime!!! Great property!

Le décor et le cadre sont superbes. Dommage que certains clients renverse souvent leur café sur les moquettes et qu’un des jacuzzi soit en panne. Sinon le hammam, le sauna et la piscine (un peu froide) sont très agréables. La chambre est spacieuse et bien décoré, après je préfère quand il y a un sas dans la chambre pour les bruits du couloir, nous avions 5 mouches et 1 moustique car la porte-fenêtre était ouverte en arrivant pas top. Personnel aimable mais débutant pour certain ce qui nous fait attendre. Il y a des restaurants et bars a 300 mètres à pieds. Nous n’avons pas eu besoin de climatisation (il n’y en a pas) car il faisait frais.

Très bon séjour dans un hôtel accueillant, agréable. On peut poser sa voiture et partir en randonnée ou dans le village et même au-delà avec les navettes et les télésièges. Chambre très bien insonorisées. Joli coin piscine et spa accessible à tous.

Hotel ubicado en estación de ski en los alpes. Desde el check-in notamos la calidad del servicio y la atención al cliente en todo momento.

Les points positifs : piscine intérieure grande et spa, restaurant bon, bonne localisation et belle vue sur la montagne. Les points à améliorer : trop d’attente au petit déjeuner pour avoir des œufs brouillés (fait à la demande), Pas de clim dans la chambre : problème été pour les chambres sur station , bruit (local générateur) et moustiques empêchent de laisser ouverte la fenêtre pour rafraîchir. Chambre Sale : vitre non nettoyée et taches sur moquette Connaissances de l’équipe limitées : ne connaît pas la boulangerie la plus proche, ne connaît pas mountain kart Carte chambre pour ouvrir électricité au fonctionnement non intuitif Machine à café cassée La personne a l’accueil oublie notre demande quand on l’appelle, on a du rappelé. N’a pas noté quand on a dit pas de parking cette nuit et donc la note finale présentait un parking, on a du vérifier et faire modifier.

Nice hotel woth excellent view. A nice area for spa experience but quite limited with only one hour open pool for kids. The food at the restaurant was good but our waiter got 2 dishes wrong, and the beef in the kids burgers were under cooked even though we asked for well done. ( note that er did not complain about the beefs as we had already complained twice and the mood was deteriorating fast) There was a quite nice bar with a really good bartender - ex had 5 types of peber for drinks! We went there a tuesday and apperently there were a party with loud music at the bar. I went to investigate and found to staff members playing pool, smoking, drinking snd listening to loud music. After a request they quickly turned it the music down. There was another party ending around 3 but from a room and I think that was within expectations.

Hôtel au top ! Personnel au petit soin ! Chambre très propre et très grande ! Espace spa très agréable pour se détendre.... et le tout avec une belle vue 😊

Très bel hôtel avec chambre familiale et spacieuse ! Belle piscine et hammam très agréable! Par contre, service déplorabe. Renoncer à une bière à 18h en terrasse avec cette magnifique vue :( surtout quand les serveurs (en pause!?) profitent eux de la terrasse… le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas les 22€ demandés et la encore le service pas à la hauteur. Le personnel manque d’organisation et d’expérience

Très bel hôtel entièrement refait, chambre confortable avec une déco sympa. Personnel de l’hôtel et du restaurant très accueillant.

Tout s’est très bien passé, la vue depuis l’établissement et les chambres sont incroyables ! Proximité de l’hôtel du centre de la station des Arcs 1800 et du départ d’un téléski, c’était parfait ☺️
