Everything was ok, until I had to ask the guy from the valet to bring my car...and it took more than 40 minutes.
The valet guy explained that there was an error with the system. As the guys from valet wwre not guilty regarding the parking system, I ve talked on this issue the hospitality director, which was not able to give a satisfying answer. I also asked to pass this issue to the manager of the hotel, and until now I didnt receive a single feedback.
Considering the service I have expected from a Sheraton franchise, this one was the worst experience i've had with Sheraton. Now I know that the name value is not worth the experience.
