We stayed there after our wedding. When reception knew we were newlyweds they gave us a complimentary room upgrade.

I had an excellent stay here! The rooms were great and clean and the staff was so helpful. It's also in a good location near the city center and the train station.

The stay was great but the streaky bacon on the English breakfast was far too fatty, need to serve back bacon. The filtered coffee became to cold to soon. Not worth £24 per head. Didn’t eat mine as the maple cured fatty streaky bacon along with cool coffee pint me off

Superb hotel in excellent location - big thank you to the valet parking team for accommodating us at short notice they went above and beyond - friendly efficient staff from reception to bar service to breakfast - 10 out of 10 thank you 👌

Best hotel in Manchester, great and friendly staff. Amazing room, stayed during the heatwave and air conditioning was perfect at 19 degrees. Food was excellent and reception very helpful. Can’t wait to come back, thanks all at Dakota Manchester.

Lovely

We had an issue with our aircon the first night and they swapped our room immediately. Really solution oriented and it was a locket stay. The bathtubs are huge as are the showers. Would definitely stay again.

Staff were very attentive, we stayed for our wedding anniversary and they made every effort to make us feel special.

Lovely hotel. We will go again

Bar was lovely. We chose to order room service - which was a bit of a palava. In room phone didn’t work, which didn’t help, but 4 phone calls later, our order still didn’t turn up quite right. Just a heads up that the air con/heating doesn’t drop below 19 so rooms can get be uncomfortably warm, particularly after showers etc

Everything was excellent and lovely staff. Only thing that stopped us giving 5* was the breakfast, which was nice, but choice on buffet bar was a limited for that standard of hotel.

There's nothing else to say other than it is always fantastic

The only issue I had with this place, because overall it was a great place but it was hard to get food. They shut the kitchen down so early you couldn’t order room service or dinner past a certain hour.
