정말 멋진 곳이었어요. 아주 편안하고 평화로웠습니다. 직원분들이 너무 친절하고 예의 바르셔서 감동했어요. 서비스도 훌륭했습니다. 음식도 맛있고 깔끔했어요. 객실은 넓고 아름다웠으며 깨끗하고 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 모든 면에서 만족스러웠습니다. 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶어요. 하얏트, 감사합니다!

하얏트 리젠시 쿠안탄에 묵었는데 아주 만족스러운 경험이었어요. 객실은 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 리잘이라는 직원분이 정말 친절하고 도움을 많이 주셨는데, 오후 3시쯤 얼리 체크인과 오후 1시 레이트 체크아웃을 허락해 주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 호텔에 대한 설명도 명확했고, 호텔 주변 교통편도 편리했어요. 전반적으로 모든 과정이 매끄럽고 서비스도 훌륭했습니다.

체크인과 체크아웃이 매우 좋았습니다

괜찮은 호텔이에요. 깨끗하고 아름다운 전용 해변이 있어요. 아이들이 너무 좋아해요.

일찍 가서 체크인을 요청했는데, 직원이 시간이 좀 걸릴 거라고 해서 기다리겠다고 했습니다. 사실 괜찮았습니다. 그런데 안에서 흰 유니폼을 입은 말레이시아 남자 한 명이 들어와서 열쇠를 주면서 이 방을 먼저 써도 된다고 하더군요. 그의 급한 마음은 이해하지만, 동시에 더 높은 층을 원한다고 말했더니 그 사람이 한 말이 이 글을 쓰게 만들었습니다. 그는 "Dinding kat atas tak baik condition mungkin runtuh sikit2 nanti"라고 말했습니다.

저는 이곳에서 네 번째 묵었습니다. 경치는 정말 훌륭해서 추천하고 싶지만, 이른 아침에 아침 식사를 할 때는 긴 줄을 서야 합니다.

나는 여기에 머물기 위해 아내를 데려왔습니다. 제 아내는 이곳의 서비스, 시설, 풍경에 매우 만족합니다. 주차장은 호텔에서 조금 떨어져 있습니다. 주차 주차장이 매우 가깝습니다.

Memorable vacation! This marks our 2nd visit to this enchanting destination, our last visit was in January 2022. The room boasted a breathtaking view and the property continues to exude impeccable maintenance. With its wheelchair friendly facilities, we were able to conveniently store the wheelchair in our room. The kids’ amenities met our expectations and the breakfast spread was nothing short of expansive. Yet the real gem lies in the warmth and hospitality of the staff with special mentions to Manoj, the dedicated intern, Amin and the rest of the team. Their friendliness and unwavering assistance added an extra layer of delight to our stay.

The ambience, the staffs, the facilities & beach all was perfect!

My experiences at 5 stars hotel are below my expectations. Breakfast offered was not tasty and limited of choice. Even has rambut at the kuih kole kacang. However, the views and staffs are magnificent and outstanding. 5 stars for both above.

Enjoy my stay here. The staff was helpful, responsive and went miles to make your stay comfortable. The room conditions were good as advertised. The only drawback was the breakfast was super expensive. But there are many F&B options next to the hotel. We ordered the room service and it was so salty not quite for what you have paid for. Overall we have a pleasant experience in the hotel.

Very beautiful sunrise and the place totally look like in art painting, we really enjoyed our stay and very peaceful environment.
