산타마르코 광장에서 걸어서 3~5분, 수상버스 타는 곳에서도 3~5분 정도 걸리는 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 건물에 엘리베이터는 없지만 수상버스 타는 곳에서 다리 하나 건널 때 빼고 계단 한 번도 없이 찾아갈 수 있는데, 그 다리도 경사로가 있어서 캐리어 끌고 찾아가기 좋습니다. 입구가 약간 으슥한 골목길에 있기는 한데 사람 많이 다니는 골목에서 30초 거리라 밤에도 안전합니다. 아침 비행기로 베네치아에 도착하였지만 일찍 체크인을 해주었어요. 시설은 베네치아가 그렇듯 저그렇지만 위치가 좋아서 추천합니다.

Nous avons séjourné à l’Hotel Castello à Venise et nous avons été très déçus par la chambre qui nous a été attribuée. La chambre ne correspondait absolument pas aux photos présentées sur le site internet. Elle était ancienne, très datée, avec un mobilier usé et une décoration qui mériterait clairement d’être rénovée. La salle de bain était également vieillissante, peu accueillante et aurait besoin d’un sérieux rafraîchissement. Autre point particulièrement désagréable : la présence de nombreux moustiques dans la chambre… en plein mois de février. Nous ne nous attendions vraiment pas à cela à cette période de l’année, et cela a fortement perturbé notre sommeil. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est certes pratique, mais cela ne compense pas l’état de la chambre. Une rénovation et une mise en conformité avec les photos en ligne seraient vraiment nécessaires pour justifier le prix payé. Nous espérons que des améliorations seront apportées.

O hotel é proximo aos principais pontos turísticos, mas no quarto que ficamos a "cama de casal" era duas camas de solteiro que não tinham a mesma altura o que fez com que a estadia fosse desconfortável. O banheiro era limpo, mas a banheira não funcionava.

the staff was very nice and helpful. the hotel is beautiful. there are A LOT of stairs, but dont let it deter you unless you are unable to climb multiple flights. The beds are VERY firm, but it seems like all of them in Italy are. The only thing that I would change was the breakfast. It's not included and its minimal. We chose to eat breakfast other places for variety and cost comparison.

The room looked absolutely nothing like the picture provided. Our window overlooked the storage area outside for chairs etc. the location is very good near St Mark Square, unfortunately that was the only saving grace. The bed was rough. For the price, I would look elsewhere, 2 nights in Sept with the city tax and all said and done was nearly $650 USD.

The small but new bathroom, good position in ka zone, the habitation should be modernize, the plugs in poor states little light. The sleeping blanket should not cover it and has a bad sensation to the body. The staff very professional.

The hotel has a good location, very close to restaurants and important sites. The decor is frightening. From the moment you walk in, the bad smell is very strong. The smell of damp inside the room is overwhelming. It's very noisy inside the hotel. There's no elevator. And something very strange is that you have to leave your room keys at reception; you have no privacy

Location was perfect fo exploring San Marco. A lot of dining options and close to historic sites

Frigobar horrível,além de Velho ele não gelava. Os atendentes ficaram nos perguntando várias vezes sobre nosso checkout,lembrando que o checkout era às 11h da manhã e já no dia anterior nós sugeriu o checkout às 8h da manhã . Pontos positivos ar-condicionado e localização.

ヴェネツィアの迷路のような路地の中にあり、夜の散策が楽しめました。鉄道駅で到着してからホテルに辿り着くまではヴァポレットか徒歩が必要で少し大変ですが、夜や早朝の静かなヴァネツィの街並みを堪能できて大満足です。 部屋の内装やベッドなどクラシックな雰囲気で、古いホテルならではの味わいがあります。

It was a great stay, super convenient location. Place is outdated but just to sleep, it’s perfect. The AC worked really well, specially in the warm nights and after long day of walking, it felt refreshing. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly.
