솔광장앞이라 위치가 젤 좋았어요~주차공간이 없어서 호텔에서알려주신 곳에파킹했는데 너무 비싸요..2일에 59.9유로 였어요 ㅜㅜ호텔시설이 좀 오래되긴했어요~ 밤12넘어서까지 시끌시끌해요

정말 맘에드는 호텔입니다. 깨끗하고 접근성도 매우 좋습니다. 레스토랑은 후기가 별로라고해서 이용하지 않았습니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한.숙소입니다.

Great hotel. In the heart of everything!

Stayed three nights at the end of a Camino walk. The location was excellent; steps from the commuter train stop, walking distance to major and less major attractions. The room was clean, large and comfortable. We initially were assigned an interior room, but on request were given a room with view of the plaza, busy and probably a bit noisier, but good windows/balcony doors kept the noise down to a reasonable level.

The best part about this hotel is that it is right in the plaza de sol! Besides, the other destinations are walkable from here.

Fantastiskt hotell Från incheckningen till avresan. Läget på Puerta del Sol; tyst men mitt i Madrid. Frukosten kunde erbjuda mer men uteserveringen otroligt populär. Pröva Sangrian. Utsikten från rummet på 4:e våningen formidabel. Vi kommer tillbaka!

Ideal location, and beautiful hotel with comfortable, clean rooms and great service. Nice restaurant with great food and wine. Conveniently located at Plaza Mayor in the heart of Madrid. Rooms are very soundproof, considering the noisy location. If you want a quiet night of sleep, get an interior facing room. Rooms overlooking the plaza have a nice view, but are noisier throughout the whole night because the city never sleeps. However, this hotel does a much better job of soundproofing with thicker walls and windows than other hotels in the area. Service is impeccable and everything is well appointed. The bathroom, especially is spacious with an updated shower that has consistent hot water and excellent water pressure. Nice bath products too.

Very nice staff and the location is the best

We only stayed 1 night but the room was clean and quiet (we had an inner room). Bed was super comfortable & AC worked great. The location was very convenient for walking around the plazas & close to tons of bars & restaurants. We would stay again!

Excellente localizacion, excellente staff & servicio. La Ducha es un poco peligrosa pues resbala el piso y no tiene barras para agarrarse. El agua se sale fuera por todo el baño debido al diseño de la puerta.

We had a great time. The location was superb. The front desk staff was very helpful for all of our travel needs.

Food was overpriced. Rooms were clean. Basic hotel nothing special. Good location.

The hotel was centrally located near all the major attractions within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The hotel staff was very helpful and provided excellent service. Although the hotel is a bit outdated and does not have many amenities, the room and bathroom were spacious and very clean.The elevator was a plus!

Me gusto la localidad y el Personal del Hotel. Me disgusto el trato recibido en el cafe (exterior) del hotel. Cenamos (Esposa, Hija y yo) y mi hija quizo tomar un postre de una heladeria del frente. Lo compre pero el moso no permitio que ella lo consumiera con nosotros en la mesa. Tuve que terminar la cena e irme para que ella pudiera disfrutar del helado con nosotros. Me parecio increible la forma y manera de administrar dicha Politica con huespedes del hotel que estan consumiento en sus facilidades. Fue verdaderamente desepcionantes. Deben readiestrar al personal en ese aspecto.
