솔광장앞이라 위치가 젤 좋았어요~주차공간이 없어서 호텔에서알려주신 곳에파킹했는데 너무 비싸요..2일에 59.9유로 였어요 ㅜㅜ호텔시설이 좀 오래되긴했어요~ 밤12넘어서까지 시끌시끌해요

정말 맘에드는 호텔입니다. 깨끗하고 접근성도 매우 좋습니다. 레스토랑은 후기가 별로라고해서 이용하지 않았습니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한.숙소입니다.

Hotel very well situated on the Puerta del Sol. Near to visitor attractions. Short walks to various means of transport. Very clean & comfortable, reception staff very welcoming & accommodating, a great help booking an excursion to Segovia....certainly well worth a visit to see the Roman Aqueduct. Bedroom very clean& beds wonderfully comfortable, linen changed frequently. Maid service daily. Restaurant menu had reasonable variety . Breakfast buffet good, warm food section a little limited, but cereals, yogurts, fruits & breakfast breads very nice. Overall, a great place to stay for a few days in Madrid.

This hotel is ideal for a visit to Madrid. Right on a major square, the Puerta del Sol, there are shops and restaurants all around, and a metro stop. The property has a nice restaurant/bar that is open late and is very reasonably priced. Rooms are spacious, nice bathroom, free wifi. Everything exceeded our expectations!

Negative: The room was quite noisy. You could clearly hear street noise, especially at night when trying to sleep. It was also possible to hear water running through the pipes when other guests flushed, as well as noise from the rooms above, including furniture being moved. Positive: Great location, very close to the Madrid Metro station at Puerta del Sol and several cafés. It’s also a very nice area for walking and exploring the city. The staff were very friendly, the place was clean, and the room was comfortable. The hotel also has a café where you can enjoy a continental breakfast.

Excellent location, everything was 10-15 minutes away. Staff friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, as well as the property.

Hotel was very clean and modern. Great bathroom, shower and bed. Location is excellent, right on a very active and interesting plaza with lots of shops and restaurants close by. The only down side to facing the plaza is that it never sleeps and could be difficult for a light sleeper because of the noise. I will say that the staff was not very friendly. They rarely ever bothered to acknowledge us when we came into the lobby. Another issue was the in room coffee service. They only had service for two. I assumed they would replenish when they cleaned the room but the didn't. When I asked at the front desk they told me I had to come to the desk each day to ask for more instant coffee packets. I guess they are afraid you will steal them???? Minor issues but we certainly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.

Nice hotel bar/cafe. Inexpensive drinks and food. Beautiful property.

Great location on Puerta del Sol, convenient to Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, tapas bars of Baja Cava street, and the Prado and Reina Sofía museums. Room was good, though pricey. Most of the staff were inattentive and indifferent.

They were renovating and the daytime noise was terrible! They refused to change my room even though I had to knock just to exit my room safely as they were changing my door trim. And no compensation or warning about the renovations

Desde el aeropuerto Barajas en Madrid, viajé en taxi hasta el aeropuerto (habían muuuuchos taxis). Fácil acceso al Hotel Europa. Habitación limpia y cómoda. El personal, todos, muy amables y atentos. El wifi a veces se iba, pero se recibía rápidamente. El Hotel Europa está en la ubicación perfecta para caminar a todos los lugares icónicos de España 🇪🇸. Recomendado al 💯. Si vuelvo a Madrid, me hospedo ahí.

The staff was very helpful. I had issues with the wifi that were addressed immediately. Breakfast was fine but nothing special

No funcionó la ducha en una de las habitaciones , tuvieron que darnos otra habitación para ducharnos y la repararon al día siguiente

Our room was spotless, it had a renovated bathroom and bedroom, both which were a little larger than we’d expected from the photos. Our balcony on the 3rd floor overlooked the side street and down into the Puerta del Sol. The windows were soundproofed, though being right in such a busy area we could still hear some of the noise outside, I had no trouble sleeping through it though. The buffet breakfast (€15pp) was good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We would be very glad to stay here again in the future. Great property in a great location.
