Superb! Before we came I read a reviews and I saw one that says that some of Henann Crystal staffs are rude. But our experience was different. When we arrived there. We welcome us nicely, their staffs are so kind and polite. Every time we walked around they greeted us with a smile. Also, the rooms are clean and the foods are delicious. Overall, it's satisfying. We spent our vacation well and we enjoyed it. Kudos!

This is the best Henann hotel out of the many Henann in Boracay. There is an easy acess from the hotel to the beach. The food is great!

It was an awesome stay. The room is spacious but no balcony with tables and chairs because we only stayed in deluxe room. The room is a bit far. I liked their skypool bar. I don't like their customer service when I checked in because the receptionist didn't listen to me. He charged ny card for the deposit when I said I will pay it in cash because it would take 3 weeks for the bank to return it on my account. I'd also stayed in Henann Palm 3x already and if were to choose, I'll choose Henann Palm because their service is much better, their deluxe room have balcony with table and chairs and pool view as well. It's a bit far in D'mall but that's your purpose going there to explore the island so it's normal to walk 15 minutes from Palm to D'mall.

This is my 4th time in Boracay but 1st time in Hennan. I cannot immagine myself coming for the 5th time not staying with Henann Crystal. They provide great service and great food!

Had a wonderful stay here. Can't wait to comeback soon.

Very thankful to henann crystal sands for giving us their premiere beach view room instead of the deluxe room we booked. A truly 5 star hotel in boracay. 100% satisfaction on their service and amenities. No more to say. I will stay here again.

Very nice room and relaxing. Cozy and elegant

Is indeed a bad experience we have with Henann. We communicated numerous time with Henann and booking site to cancel the booking of our stay due to the Kai Tak Storm but the hotel refused to allow for the cancellation. Before our scheduled stay the ferry has not been operated for 2 days and the island has been badly affected and left many tourist stranded there. So is does not make sense to proceed to go Boracay due to the uncertainty of the weather condition for the next few days. That the reason why we decide to cancel the trip. We have did the similar cancellation with other hotels and is fortunate they understand the situation and allow us for the cancellation with refund. And their respond on the refund and cancellation is within 10 minutes. Unfortunately Hennan does not agreed with us on the reason that is the hotel policy and the ferry is actually operating on the day we are communicating on the refund. That show how unreasonable Hennan has on it guests whereby the cancellation is not due to change of mind or whatsoever but is about safety. I will not ever choose Hennan again when we travel again to Boracay unless Hennan grant us the refund. Please bear in mind the other hotels did grant us the refund whereby we have substantiated that with your staff.

So in love with Hennan.

Henann Crystal Sands just open at Sep 29. Very new hotel with nice design, the hotel room quite big for Premier. The pool was awesome, and the beach is just right infront the and it is near to D’mall and Station 2 (The happening Station)
