Muy buena la ubicación, pero muy ruidosa la zona, los colchones ya requieren un cambio

Room was great. Bathroom was nice. The location requires a large uphill climb if walking from the train station. The property is in the center of the city with all the great sites and restaurants near by. Would recommend staying here.

It was a perfect location very quaint hotel.

O quarto estava limpo, porém tivemos dificuldade com o aquecedor, nos dois dias ele não estava funcionando. No último dia ofereceram um novo quarto, porém já estávamos deitados e não quisemos mudar de quarto. Não houve checkin, pois não havia recepcionista. A recepção era dividida com outro hotel próximo.

La stanza era pulita, tutto era come descritto, in sostanza buona posizione e prezzo competitivo per dormirci in 5.

Rooms were not clean; I found some stuff on bed. Even rhough, Expedia photos were not accurate, in rhe end we had a good stay.

I would say location is the only good thing about the hotel. The room was very dirty (including the floor which made my socks black) but the worst was this lady which I think was the owner. I went in for breakfast and she started to almost interrogate me because she thought I hadn’t paid for it (which I did). It was a very awkward situation

Great service , but no water bottles in the rooms. I traveled a lot and everything around was closed so water would have been nice.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is only steps away from the Campo and Duomo and its million restaurants. As to the hotel itself, much is lacking. The “towels” are more like restaurant napkins and tablecloths or tea towels. I was tempted to toss the “towel” on the floor and use the bath mat instead. At least that one was terry cloth. Also, there were no glasses, and no coffee or tea in the room. I have never been in any hotel, no matter how humble, that did not provide glasses (glass or plastic), and 95% provide something for tea and coffee. There is zero counter space in the bathroom for toiletries. On the way out in the morning, we were locked in an interior hallway behind (ironically) a fire door that would not open. I had to call the front desk so someone could come and open that door. Bottom line: if location is all you are looking for, this hotel may suit you, but I feel it should make a few simple adjustments before I would recommend it.

We arrived early and they allowed us to check in early. Typical small European rooms, but the location was perfect. Near everything!!!
