This is a wonderful hotel. The property has a historical XIX century vibe. Very well preserved and excellent service. We had a great time there.

Nice property, easy walk to downtown. The room was great except for the thumping from kids running in the suite above us. They said these rooms were soundproofed, but the noise was quite noticeable. Breakfast was OK but eggs were overcooked.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic, from the rooms to the staff. It was also very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Much nicer than we expected. Exceptionally quiet. Breakfast was better than most hot food buffets as it was being prepared in the dining area. We’ve stayed at a few of the higher end downtown Charlottetown inns and hotels. This is our favorite yet Park view is nicer than city/harbour view.

Staff are very friendly and courteous. They were very helpful, when we encountered a flat tire. Went above and beyond for my husband. Rooms are nicely decorated. Loved the luxurious complimentary bath robe!!! Will definitely stay here again

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL, incredible hotel. Stayed with two girlfriends for a girls trip and loved every minute in this hotel. Waking up to the sun streaming into the beautiful windows felt like waking up in Europe. The apartment was spotless, kitchen was gorgeous, bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and beautiful, and living space was both beautiful and comfortable. Easily walkable from here to the old town/downtown area including Victoria Row and the Anne of Green Gables shop. Perfect location for a girls trip or a romantic getaway. 10/10 recommend.

Very clean and well maintained. Check-in staff were not very enthusiastic. Breakfast room was a bit strange but the quality of food was good. I wish there was a gym.

The hotel has been renovated from the former Notre Dame Academy and has an interesting history. We had an apartment which was well equipped with a full kitchen, living room, dining area and two bedrooms. Issues with the TV reception and the heating/ AC were dealt with promptly. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast is self serve and was very good with fresh fruit, yogurt, quiche, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, breads and muffins. If you have a gluten free diet, they do have GF bread and a separate toaster. The hotel is well situated within walking distance of the city centre, restaurants and the waterfront.

Beautiful and spacious with extremely comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. The location was within walking distance of all things Charlottetown.
