Our suite was amazing. What a beautiful suite and it had everything we needed, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, etc. Beautifully decorated and I love the story of this building.
We had a water issue under the bathroom sink which was spilling onto the floor. We notified the front desk and someone was at our door within minutes and the issue was fixed within a half hour. Staff were amazing.
The included breakfast was very good as well and not your typical hotel included breakfast.
I would highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful!

We loved our stay at this beautiful inn. We were three generations travelling together so the separate bedrooms, big living space and multiple bathrooms were exactly what we needed. Staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was always delicious with a great variety. Rooms were cleaned with care. The location was great — quiet neighborhood just short walk from restaurants, shops and the water.
Our only issue was the first morning of our stay when the breakfast room was too busy for our party of three to find a seat. If I had any suggestions, they would be to expand the seating area for the breakfast room, and consider better access to outlets in the bedrooms for device charging. (It was quite a trick to try to get to the outlets behind the bed to be able to plug in our phones and other devices to charge at night.) Very minor things compared to the rest of our stay.
We truly enjoyed our visit overall and would stay again in a heartbeat.

En faisant ma réservation je ne croyais pas avoir un logement complet avec tous les accommodements. Quelle belle surprise et quel luxe. Nous avons eu une nuit des plus confortable et réparatrice après une longue route.
Le petit déjeuner copieux du matin nous a permis de bien débuter la journée.

Nice property, easy walk to downtown.
The room was great except for the thumping from kids running in the suite above us. They said these rooms were soundproofed, but the noise was quite noticeable.
Breakfast was OK but eggs were overcooked.

Much nicer than we expected. Exceptionally quiet. Breakfast was better than most hot food buffets as it was being prepared in the dining area. We’ve stayed at a few of the higher end downtown Charlottetown inns and hotels. This is our favorite yet
Park view is nicer than city/harbour view.

Staff are very friendly and courteous. They were very helpful, when we encountered a flat tire. Went above and beyond for my husband. Rooms are nicely decorated. Loved the luxurious complimentary bath robe!!!

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL, incredible hotel. Stayed with two girlfriends for a girls trip and loved every minute in this hotel. Waking up to the sun streaming into the beautiful windows felt like waking up in Europe. The apartment was spotless, kitchen was gorgeous, bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and beautiful, and living space was both beautiful and comfortable. Easily walkable from here to the old town/downtown area including Victoria Row and the Anne of Green Gables shop. Perfect location for a girls trip or a romantic getaway. 10/10 recommend.
