가격 대비 굉장히 넓고 좋았습니다. 숙소가 살짝 외진 곳에 있어 오로라 보기에 굉장히 좋았습니다. 저는 제일 끝방이었는데 방 내부에 외부로 출입 가능한 문이 별도로 있어서 오로라 보기에 편리했습니다. 방도 크고 좋았는데 , 다만 방 크기에 비에 라디에이터가 작아서 인지, 아주 살짝 추웠습니다. 근데 아이슬란드 숙소는 엄청 따뜻하다 할 정도의 방은 없었던 것 같아서 만족했습니다. 조식으로 나온 와플도 맛있었어요!!!

Good place to stay. close to some attractions. owner was so kind. we could use his kitchen. breakfast was so good. but a little bit far from Vik.

Excellent hotel. The rooms were very clean, very spacious. The bedding was comfortable and the perfect place to spend toward the end of our Ring road trip. The breakfast was excellent!

This was a lovely place, in a great location near to the Dyrholaey lighthouse and nature reserve and within easy access to Vik. The staff were very helpful and everything was clean and in good order. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. We ate dinner in the restaurant. As we were the only guests wishing to dine it was important that we reserved a table beforehand and gave them our menu choices. Food was excellent and very prompt.

Our room was clean and the shower was great. The cost of our room included breakfast that was very good. We had fresh cooked eggs. This was a great location near Vik and Black Sand Beach. We also found a fabulous place for a horseback ride and a Super Jeep ride that crossed rivers to volcanos!

Chambre très propre, parking gratuit devant l'hôtel. Personnel absent,il faut les chercher dans le bâtiment. Le jeune cuisinier indifférent à nos demandes. Bon repas du soir. PDJ léger, pas de fruit, pas de Skyr, peu de choix. Peuvent mieux faire surtout au prix du PDJ.

Located c 6 miles from Vik, which was fine as car journey easy. Simple tasty breakfast with good selection. Spacious room, uniquely constructed using volcanic materials, to good effect. Parking available close to Hotel frontage (care needed to avoid nesting bird). Set in rural farming area, very quiet, suited us and good sleep.

Room was very nice with a patio and ocean view. Staff was helpful with arrival after 8p window. Delicious breakfast.

The Volcano Hotel is about 10 kn west of Vik, not in town. It is a quiet location with basic rooms. The rooms have room darkening shades but lack blackout curtains. The friendly staff would have prepared a limited dinner upon request. The breakfast could have been better. They offered yogurt in milk containers, not fresh skyr as part of a breakfast buffet. Look for other options if you must stay near Vik, but settle for the Volcano Hotel if location in this area is priority.
