We a beautiful view of the ocean off our baloney every morning. And the most peaceful view at night. The room was always clean. Air-condition was well maintained All staff members were very courteous and helpful. Especially Fanny, who was most informed about the island and very helpful and pleasant. We will definitely recommend to our friends and will most certainly will be back.

Charming property. Nice staff. Conveniently located. Needs more modern improvement. AC unit leaked a few times during our stay in spite of the unit not giving off much cool air.

The room was clean and modern. Would stay there again without hesitation.

I stay at this property frequently for work and love it here! East access to dining options and staff is super friendly.

The location is great you can walk and check out some great restaurants and then you can take a boat over to go to the beach.

Older property in a historic area but nice, clean, comfortable, on the boardwalk walk and walking distance from restaurant and bars. Its also righr in from of the water front ocean overlooking the ocean and there's a beach accross on hotel cay which also has a resturant and bar. You will need to take the boat taxi, a 2 minute ride. I would recommend this area and hotel. Staff was prompt and attentive.

This is a beautiful property. The grounds are immaculate and the staff were very friendly. This is our second time staying in this hotel. We love the convenience to restaurants and shops. The elevator was not working when we arrived, and our room was on the third floor. This caused us some anxiety because we are mature individuals. I’ve had two knee replacements so the elevator not working presented a challenge for me.

Loved the location of this hotel! It is is near several bars, shops, restaurants and water based excursions. It's in a very walkable area and public transportation is readily available if you don't wish to rent a car. Our room was spacious and we loved the balcony where we enjoyed the water views.

Great staff…. Had an issue with my room I waited until the morning and the lady light skin with glasses.. remember this lady she is professional.. very helpful she help me with the issue very professional.. second time at this hotel very safe parking $25 per day but there is plenty of parking outside.. overall good hotel but great staff.

Hot water sometimes was hit and miss.

No coffee in room or tea. No ironing board or iron.

This hotel was extremely nice and amazing view to the ocean.
