We arrived to the property late due to delayed flights. We drove ourselves from the airport. The hotel was difficult to find at night. Once we arrived to check in the process was simple and easy, the front desk staff was very helpful including sending another employee to show us where to park and escort us to our room to ensure the keycard worked and everything was ok. The room was spacious and clean. We really didn’t need a vehicle because the boardwalk was literally outside the gate. All the eateries and activities were within walking distance and there’s a ferry that takes you to and from the beach. It runs frequently and it’s no cost to hotel guests. The noise level was very minimal. I would recommend and will as stay here on my next visit to St. croix!

Hi We absolutely loved this hotel and the absolutely fantastic location on the boardwalk. We enjoyed the beach at its sister property, which is accessible by the water taxi in front of the hotel. Our only complaint was the noise from the street late at night in front of our rooms. Try to request a room not facing the street. Other than that, it was a great hotel with a very nice pool area. Staff is friendly and accommodating, too.

Arrived at the hotel on a Thursday and the staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and well maintained. I didn’t have a water view but only needed to go down to lobby to get one. I truly enjoyed my stay.

The ambience was spectacular

Love this place with restaurant on site and good breakfast and coffee shop.

We had an ant issue in our room. I sent a text message, cause that’s how you communicate with the front desk staff. The guy sprayed something, whatever he done. It only last a few minutes. They came back. I sent another one & I also ask to speak to a supervisor. No one never call me nor came to our room to speak to us. I went on our last night of saying. Spoke to a lady at the desk told her what had happened. She said when she came on Shift, she saw a message and asked them that they take care of it. She did say I can give you another role. I told her this is our last night I was not about to pack all that stuff up just for one night. She was the only one that tried to accommodate us so the day I got ready to check out I spoke to the lady at the front desk and I explained to her I was very upset. We had came in town for my father-in-law‘s funeral and this is not our first time staying at this place, but it was the first time we experience service like this. I still asked for a call back. it’s been two weeks since I’ve been back for my trip and no call. No email no nothing about this day.we paid too much money to be treated like this. And yes I’m was very disappointed

Front lobby is gorgeous. Room needs a little tlc. Hair all over the floor when we checked in. Sheets were old and some parts see through from the age. Little stains on the pillows and sheets. Bathroom really small.

Great location on the wharf near restaurants and shops. Room was clean, but the location of my room was noisy at night (nearby music and a nearby air compressor that would regularly kick on and even awake me at night.)

Overall, a great stay… charming hotel nestled on 300 years of history.. loved the perk of a free water taxi to the nearby beach..

Nice hotel right on the Boardwalk. Close to restaurants and bars. The room was very clean and check in and check out were very easy and fast.

This place was incredible! Location was better than expected. I don’t know why they don’t inform you that there is a water taxi(small boat) that is free that is right out front of the hotel that takes you across to a private beach at water on the cay. The water taxi runs until after dark and it’s free to all King Christian guests. You get your own private little island beach and a bar and restaurant and the water taxi ride is literal 90 seconds. You can see the private island beach right in front of the hotel. If you are an athlete you could probably throw a football from st croix to there! lol Thisnpoacenisnright on the boardwalk there isn’t least 29 places to eat and drink and watch games within a 2 min walk on just the boardwalk. Out side of there we felt like the food was hit or miss. This place is 5 min drive to buccaneer GC and 25 min to carabola GC. Buccaneer is worth it to just play 9 one day and then the second 9 the next day. You can also grab lunch there while you golf which I do recommend. The best restaurant on the entire island would HAVE to be Rythyms at rainbow beach. Best taco fresh catch and drinks. The fresh wahoo fish tacos were the stand out but the mahi and wings were incredible. Don’t miss out on this place!

We really liked the the ocean view with the boardwalk close by. It was in close walking distance to a most of the restaurants and and very nice people.

Es la segunda vez que visito el hotel y amo este lugar. El servicio, amenidades, la tranquilidad y accesibilidad a restaurantes es genial. También cuenta con una playa hermosa a la cual puedes llegar a través de un Beach taxi y es excelente y transparente. Amo St. Croix.
